Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been getting dip powder for 2 years now. 1 week ago I tried this salon for the first time. I got dip powder and the very next day one cracked. After that I had 1 crack almost each day until I went back. In 1 week 8 of my nails had cracked. I went and asked for them to fix them and they treated me terribly. First they argued with me about which ones were cracked and which ones weren’t. Then they refused to completely redo my nails so they would all match. They wanted to charge me for part of the nails! Outrageous!!!! A man that works there, who was working on a lady’s nails, turned around and started yelling at me. He continued to yell at me even after I told him that their was no need for that. What was worse is that I had my 6 year old daughter with me who was very scared. I told them at this point they could just give me a refund and I would leave. He said I could sit there all day and wouldn’t get a refund. Finally, I had my other daughter come in and take my little one out of the store in case it continued. The original lady that did my nails worked on them today. My nails do look good now, but she was so mean to me. When I would ask her a question she would ignore me and start yelling in her language. It was an absolute horrible experience and I will never be back! I have been getting dip powder for 2 years now. 1 week ago I tried this salon for the first time. I got dip powder and the very next day one cracked. After that I had 1 crack almost each day until I went back. In 1 week 8 of my nails had cracked. I went and asked for them to fix them and they treated me terribly. Got there at 9 when they open for a 8 year old pedicure. One person working. Seats her in pedicure chair immediately. We wait for an hour until someone else comes in. He was not in any hurry to start working even with people waiting. We should have been told no one would be there until 10 instead of 9. A lot to ask for an 8 year old to sit in a chair for an hour. Almost left and she assured me someone was almost there. Will not go back here. A waste of a Saturday morning.

I have been using them for about a year now. I went for a set 2 weeks ago over the last week I have noticed a dark spot under my nail. I removed the nail and found that I have a nail fungus! I am a licensed professional and noticed the dirty instruments in the salon but thought It could never happen to me. We it did and I am calling to have an inspector come out. This is ridiculous. The date of service was October 2022.

I went in to get a pedicure. All of the nail polishes looked old and crudy like they have been thinning them out instead of replacing the bottles. I asked if they had any new nail polish and was told that they only had what was on the shelf. The whole place looked very dirty so I just left.

2 days and my nails were peeling. The girl had to keep doing my toes several times cause she was rushing. Will never go back there. I went right at 9 am ,3 people were there as customers. Very unhappy. Also was very ruff with me jerking my legs and feet ,hands to. I tried to say something but would not listen. 75$ waste

I like this place alot. They’re very mellow and the shop isn’t overwhelmed by the nail polish scent. So the ventilation is good. My favorite part is that they are not very chatty. It let me enjoy my e-book while getting my nails done. I will be going back Pedicure, Manicure, Foot massages

I’ve been here several times and they do excellent work but today I sat and waited for more than 30 minutes , I had just got off work so I was tired and impatient, I left and went somewhere else and was seen right away . I’m sure I’ll try another day but hope they have more help than they did today .
