I came in with a reference picture (first pic) and told them I would like this design but only a little longer than my natural nail because of work. When I first arrived all the techs were in the pedi chairs with headphones in on their phones. Which is fine, but they acted like it was a inconvenience that I walked in, even though I just called them to ask if it was okay to not have an appointment. One of the male techs came up to me and I explained to him what I wanted and showed him the pic, which he looked at for what seemed like half a second. As soon as I sat down he started *rushing* my nails. He was not friendly at all. He would get nails glue all over his hands which would literally glue his hands to mine and he just kept ripping it off which hurt and tore my skin. I have never had this happen. No reaction out of him, no social awareness. I kept having him shorten the nails, after 2 times he said he couldn’t anymore. I also asked for rounded/almond shape nails and each them he left them very pointy like stiletto. Eventually I gave up and thought I’ll file them down at home. He began with the french tip and oh my were they SOOO sloppy and uneven. I brought it up and I was ignored. Next, the lines…. the picture i have uploaded is AFTER I went back in to have them fixed.. originally they were so so so bad. And I think he knew it because he rushed me out of there and rushed my payment. When I came in 5 min later after noting how bad my nails were in the car, I was treated very poorly. I tried to nicely explain how uneven and messy they were and how I would like at least a partial refund due to them not looking anything like the reference pic. He started YELLING and making a big deal out of it. Another lady took the design off and started over again and was very rude. None of them talked to me, not even the manger. They all just stood around me talking to each other and laughing, it was very embarrassing and made me quite anxious. Overall, please save yourself the time and just go somewhere else. This is the best salon in the valley for pedicures! They open the sterilized package in front of you, use a fresh liner in the tub, and use new files and buffers for each client. They also do a lovely job with the service. Highly recommend if you are hygiene conscious like me 🙂

This was the worst place I went to get my nails done. I was not satisfied with them at all & I told them. They had the audacity to tell me come back the next day and they will charge me ten dollars. I did not go back. Someone told me they were not good. I should have listen.

Called and scheduled an appointment at 4 pm as they said that time would work best. Waited for 20 mins for the requested nail tech that I asked for to take another person as they double booked. Had a pedicure with someone else who did a very average job but was very aggressive and rushed through my service. Color selection was very limited and not the same as the displays. Switched to another person for my nails and was really disappointed with this place. The work was rushed and it was very clear they were ready to leave and didn’t want to service me. Will not be going back and do not recommend this place.

I was referred here . I loved going and being serviced by Bear or Lisa before Bear left. I’m not sure what happened to their customer service, but I visited about six weeks ago.. with appointment, waited thirty mins and then because another client came in at the time Lisa was supposed to do my nails I was asked to come back. Why was their time for valuable than mine, it wasn’t. Not only did I express my disappointment. I then changed my nail design last minute due to the unprofessional response to what I showed I wanted: as if it would take too much time, which was a simple marble design. Even that was rushed through, Lisa constantly was looking at the other client as if she was hoping she wouldn’t leave, the professional thing to do is not to overbook, and be considerate that If I WAITED, she could wait too. Lisa as the person I preferred doing my nails I’m extremely disappointed and once again will not be coming back to you establishment and will be sure to share my experience. It was wrong and perceived as racist or discriminatory and I will be sure it’s heard of. Dee

Health Hazard! I would give a 0 if I could. I had a mani & pedi here to relax after a 6 day work week. The pedicure was incredibly painful as the tech was tearing my cuticles straight off the nail. I winced and yelped and she giggled. Well for those who don’t know, your cuticles are there to PROTECT your skin. So post tearing them all open, I ended up with two INFECTIONS in my big toes. They were incredibly painful and I had to see a doctor and pay an out of state co-pay. As for the manicure, I told her I had a very important event this weekend where people would be looking at my hands and I wanted a nice design on a nail. I had just seen the work of a male tech and it was gorgeous. I asked her if she could do something like that and she said yes. She did one nail with arcylic art paint which seemed odd on a gel manicure. It was not what I wanted or even close to what the gentleman did, but it wasn’t awful. She tried to do the same design on the left and and could not get it right. It would be wiggly and sloppy and I restated how important it was to me that they look good. And then she told me my nails were too short to make the design. Which she should have said before she tried it. So I said please just leave it plain, I don’t care for it. I asked her to remove the design on the other hand so the two hands would match. She told me no, it was too late because she had put the top coat on. She told me I was fine and it’s no big deal if the two hands didn’t match. I was furious and just wanted to leave so I didn’t argue. The design promptly CAME OFF in the shower. To top it all off, they refunded the pedicure due to the INFECTION but then nickled and dimed me on the manicure refund, and I ended up with just $10 back. After paying a doctor co-pay and missing time at work to get treatment and the overall miserable experience, you would think they would just do the refund. But as it’s clear throughout the experience, their customer service and satisfaction are NOT their priority. Save yourself the pain, trouble, and MONEY!!!

I had previous gel polish on my nails and requested that a drill not be used on my toenails because it does tear up my nail bed. I was charged when at the end of the service 5$ for the removal of the old polish. I had no idea I would be charged. I was unhappy that I wasn’t told I’d be charged. I have a family member whom I told about this and she told me she had not been charged for removal at this place before. Also the regular polish applied wasn’t even on my big toe and leftover paint on my skin around all my toes. I don’t plan to comeback to them. They should definitely not rush through a service because others come out also.
