Critical: QualityThis is the third time I been here and I actually thought it was my new spot until I went on the 6th of this month. The ladies does a great job but Ken , he has messed my nails up twice. I called so he would know my nails was messed up and need to be fix. He had the audacity to tell me he couldn’t do it. He messed them up adding to much as well put a nail on crooked & cut my skin while going my cuticles, during the ordeal he only said sorry. This is the third time I been here and I actually thought it was my new spot until I went on the 6th of this month. The ladies does a great job but Ken , he has messed my nails up twice. I called so he would know my nails was messed up and need to be fix. He had the audacity to tell me he couldn’t do it. He messed them up adding to much as well put a nail on crooked & cut my skin while going my cuticles, during the ordeal he only said sorry. I would not return

Critical: ProfessionalismCalled to make an appointment for Saturday at 1pm. I was told to come in so I did. Once I arrive (10 minutes later) there are 2 people waiting for be serviced and before I could sit down to wait someone yelled from the back of the salon very long wait and to come back in a few hours. So I call again about 4 hours later and was told again that now is a good time to come in. Once I arrive there’s a lady from earlier who acknowledged that I came back. Not to mention someone else is sitting waiting to be serviced. So after sitting for 20 minutes with no one telling me how long it would be I just got up and walked out. Once I arrive (10 minutes later) there are 2 people waiting for be serviced and before I could sit down to wait someone yelled from the back of the salon very long wait and to come back in a few hours.
