HORRIBLE! I decide to try this place for the first time because my nail tech was booked. Cindy did my nails and toes and this is how they look after 4 days. I was charged $120 for this mess. I sincerely regret my money being thrown in the trash like that. She got nail polish all over my cuticules and kept having to wipe it off. The design was very messy and smeared. When I kindly asked her to fix it she got mad. If I am paying $30 for the design itself.. why get mad at the customer? Worst $120 I’ve ever spent. I should’ve known by how empty the place was. Do not go here!

Update: since I first reviewed them and gave them a 5 star, I just got service from Jennifer and I am extremely disappointed. I asked multiple times for gel on my feet got serviced asked before she got too far in doing regular polish saying that I wanted gel and then she kept emphasizing it would be more but I DO NOT care the price! I simply want gel! They price discriminated like if I couldn’t pay the measly 20 dollar difference!! She still gave me regular polish and complained to take it off and do gel! I’m so upset right now I literally never in my life do regular and I’m walking around with messed up toes right now I hate how they look and I’m upset that they thought I wouldn’t pay when I’ve done sooooo many sets with them before. So upset.

She was extremely professional and so kind. She stayed late just to help me take off the bad set I had (which was really, really bad) never once did she bash or say anything negative about the other business. I had a great pedicure with another nice lady there and Tiffany did my mom’s pedicure and manicure and then she did my acrylic gel set. I highly recommend her for sets. This is the BEST set I have ever had in my life. No joke! I was so pleased with the experience. Please go here it is worth the experience. She stayed late just to help me take off the bad set I had (which was really, really bad) never once did she bash or say anything negative about the other business. I had a great pedicure with another nice lady there and Tiffany did my mom’s pedicure and manicure and then she did my acrylic gel set. I highly recommend her for sets. I came at 5:30pm on a Thursday and they got me right in. Tiffany was extremely nice and cordial. I asked for the ‘Mini pedicure’, but since she was slow she gave me the WORKS (hot stone, extra long message and all). Felt and looked amazing. The salon was also very clean, bright, and comfortable. I will be returning.
