I decided to drop in to this place while in the area. I was happy that they took walk in statuses. The place has a very luxurious feel. Upon requesting my pedicure I was pressured into one of the spa treatments. I chose green tea albeit I don’t do pedicures frequently. The pedicure itself and massage were average, but I was super unhappy with the paint job. I was told by the people at the desk that I had chosen too light of a color. I told them that I was pretty sure the pedicurist only did one coat while I insisted that was not true. Anywhere I have ever gone, I have ensured that the “light pink” on my toes looks as so with adequate coats. This place cheaped out on a $47 pedicure that made my toe nails look like they had clear paint on them.

My thumbs look like garbage. I paid extra for the quick dry and my nails did not dry quickly. I sat there for 20 minutes drying. Whatever she put on my thumbs makes them look uneven and bubbly. She was also extremely aggressive with the pedicure – pushing my feet every time she wanted them in the tub. I will not be returning. How do you screw up a simple manicure this bad. Go to Eden Nails.EDIT: decreasing to one star. 24 hours later and the nail polish is lifting and chipping. I work a desk job and am not hard on my hands. This place is awful. Don’t waste your time or money here. I would give it 0 stars if I could.I know you may see this review and still decide to give it a shot, but there are so many better places in Westfield, Scotch Plains, and Fanwood that you can get a fabulous nail job for less. Also I just remembered that I tipped DAISY (the nail tech whom you should stay away from) $10 which was a bit more than I could’ve and she didn’t even say thank you. i came to nails spa pro and beyond for the first time for a soak off and a mani pedi. soak offs around this area have always left me with paper thin nails bc they don’t ever let them actually soak, they use the dremel to remove them completely. to my surprise, the soak off was perfect. my nails are still healthy and she didn’t nick my skin at all.

I went there to get dip powder with Cici. I never have to wait and she is very precise and quick . The manicure is perfect every time and lasts for weeks without any chipping. The salon is very clean and updated and it’s easy to make an appointment on line . Definitely go here if you haven’t already. Dip powder

Ever since they have changed ownership back in April 2022, this place has gone downhill. I used to see Andy and Ivy who were both extremely detailed and provided quality work. The nail techs they have now are simply not experienced enough for the quality expected and the pricing is way too high for this lack of quality. Extremely disappointed as I used to be extremely loyal to this place. Sad. Spent $60 on a dip manicure, nails different lengths, lumps in the dip that haven’t been smoothed, sloppy work overall. Pedicure was nice but the application of the polish is sloppy. Would have expected much better for $103.

It was my first time trying this place, I figured I would try somewhere new. It looks nice on the inside but that doesn’t mean everything. I went to get a pedicure with just a regular polish. The women who serviced my friend and I were very rushed. Took about 15 minutes maybe less. I understand places try to push sales, she was trying to offer one of the treatments they have and I refused once and once should have been enough. She asked over and over as I said “no thank you”. Unfortunately it was not worth my time and I will not be returning.
