My daughter had nails done here for prom and within 2 days the polish is coming off and they did a poor job on the polish. When I asked for a refund they said in the 14 years they have been there they have never had an issue like that before and would fix for free until we are happy but would not refund my money. Poor service and will never go back there again! I HIGHLY WOULD NOT recommend this place. The person I spoke with on the phone wanted to argue with me and my daughter. NOT HAPPY! The technician even made my daughter’s her cuticles bleed. As you can see in the pictures, poorly done and rushed job!

If you’re looking for a shop that does the bare minimum for their consumers come here.. if you’re looking for a shop that won’t take credit for their mess up come here! If you’re looking for a shop the tells you to leave because they twist and manipulate your fingers so much you’re unable to relax come here.. if you’re looking for someone to slap your hand because you’re not relaxing come here!! if you’re looking for a shop that files the skin of your cuticles come here! I am absolutely done with this place.. they only have 1 good manicurist (Anne or Anna). But always booked out.. don’t waste your time and money!

Very disappointed. Got a pedicure and when I got home the polish was just smudging right off. The employee checked before I left and never said anything about weather not allowing it to dry properly or anything. Yes they offered to fix it, but not wasting my time to go back and have to wait. Nail polish remover here I come.

I came here for a mother/daughter moment before Christmas to get pedicures. The guy who was doing my nails was extremely rude commenting about the fact that I have not gotten a pedicure in a long time and laughing, constantly shaking his head and scoffing at me. He said something to the technician doing my daughter’s nails in his language and that guy looked at my feet and started laughing. I left practically crying because I have a health condition that prevents my nails from growing. You know, people come get there nails done for the enjoyment of it and you make them feel like this? Really?? If you want to keep customers, stop making fun of them so blatantly. It is so disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. I will gladly drive an hour to Minneapolis area from now on to get my nails done then going the 5 minutes it takes to go to you. The only and I mean only reason I am giving two stars is that the lady who rang us out at the end was extremely kind and professional. Maybe if she was doing my nails, I would have had a better experience, but we will never know because I will never go there again!

The girl that did my pedicure was nice but not good at her job and seemed new, she was too gentle, barely rubbed my legs, I have nail polish all in the creases of my toenails and skin, she did not scrape under my toenails well and barely clipped my toenails and cuticles at all. Horrible experience… not sure if I’ll go back. I have an expectation that if I’m going to spend 70$ of my hard earned money on a pedicure they better do a good job and I did not feel like I was at all happy with the results.

Very disappointed. Got a full set done and was very specific to make sure they knew to not put the acrylic powder over the edge of my nails. This causes them to look sloppy, and now they are catching on everything and coming undone from my nail itself. These were done on Friday and I took these pictures Sunday. There’s no reason at all that this should be happening, and it’s even more frustrating that I was very clear on this and it still happened. I’m going to try the other person recommended in the reviews and may change my review.
