I went In with no appt during a busy time w/ 3 people from my family who wanted a manicure (my bad) , however we were greeted promptly and the owner started on one of my family members within 15 minutes. He was a multitasker for sure. . We were there for a good while . I didn’t get any names but one of the employees offered snacks and all were super nice. Only thing o could complain on was he was a little rough on one of the nails but everything else was just fine. Left happy and he even gave me me a $10 discount!

If I could give a zero Stars I would I had the worst experience of my life I showed him a picture of what I wanted and got nothing like it he was very rough and he cut the side of my finger and he clearly saw it was cut and kept putting chemicals on top of it when I told them I wanted the color like the picture he told me no and shows his own color then when I told him I wanted rhinestones on a different finger he kept telling me that it was too much work the picture from Google is what I wanted a d the regular pictures of is what I got it

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTook my daughter to do her nails for the first time and she left crying because they cut and filed way too deep into the side of her nail and made her bleed. My poor baby had a bad first experience, which makes me very unhappy. I think this will definitely be our last time coming here. Not to mention the fighting and hollering going on right in front of all the customers and making a scene. Very unprofessional. Surprised, never had such a bad experience here before. Took my daughter to do her nails for the first time and she left crying because they cut and filed way too deep into the side of her nail and made her bleed. My poor baby had a bad first experience, which makes me very unhappy. I think this will definitely be our last time coming here. I would only recommend going to this place if you have an appointment made in advance. Took my daughter to get her nails done and one of her nails was crooked. When I raised the issue the woman told me that it’s how the nail is supposed to look. Really?? I may have been born at night but not last night. I usually only go when the owners are doing nails as they are the only ones who care enough. Would not recommend if you are traveling through or if you don’t personally know who to go to to get your nails done the right way.

When the woman finally answered she didn’t even say the name of the business so I wasn’t sure I called the right place. When I asked if I reached the nail salon, she said you need an appointment call back later and hung up on me! How am I going to make an appointment if you don’t give the chance to?! I have had many…MANY pedicures and manicures. I was a walk-in on September 28, 2020. I was greeted immediately and curtiously. I was positioned within 15 minutes and taken care of by Jan (I think this is her name, language translation is always difficult for me). Jan did a great job on my legs, feet and nails. Rejuvenating!!! Then to the table to remove previous dipped nail color, and replace with a new set of dipped nails. Jan was careful with her instruments, resculpting and preparing my natural nails for the new dip.

I only will ever go there when I can make an appointment with the owner. the other nail techs they have working there have always messed up my nails. always crooked or thinner than usual. one time I had a nail tech here focus more on the basketball game then to my nails and he cut me with his nail TWICE, and they overcharged my card. I paid 50 in cash, and I had 4 dollars left to pay. I wasn’t planning on leaving a tip because he cut me twice and my nails were all wonky. I later checked my receipt and he charged 4 dollars more then he should’ve.(that’s not a lot, but it’s hard earned money)

They were really rushed. I got a gel manicure and it took the guy literally 15 minutes. The polish was sloppy and all over my cuticles. And when I went to pay, they told me it was 30 dollars for a gel manicure, when their board said 17 for a regular one. The gel was another 13?? That was the most expensive manicure I have ever gotten and close to the worst. Probably never going back.
