I have pros and cons about my first visit. They don’t take appointments, only walk-ins which was kind of an inconvenience considering the lack of staff they currently have. With the high volume of clients walking in, I ended up waiting over 2 1/2 hours just for a full acrylic set even though I put my name on the list before at least 6 others who went ahead of me. The woman who did my nails handed me a pair of clippers and told me to clip my current acrylics off to save on time. I’ve never been asked that before so it kind of caught me off guard. I happily obliged and started clipping my nails which had acrylic pieces flying every where. She poured a bottle of acetone into a bowl so I could soak my nails but when I was finished she poured the acetone BACK into the bottle. Kind of unsanitary in my opinion but I was just happy to finally be serviced after waiting so long. She started working on my nails and knocked it out quickly. We skipped the whole part of me getting up to scrub my nails, she wiped my nails down with a paper towel, no biggie I guess. The end result was great, the nails look amazing and it only took about 25 minutes. I’m considering returning for a fill but a little skeptical based on everything else. Pretty sure I will give this place a second chance because of the quality of my nails.

Very nice place. I kinda had to wait about 30 min, but I didn’t mind. I didn’t have an appointment. Very professional, great customer service by everyone. If I come back to Eagle Pass I would definitely come do my nails here again.

Ask for the female workers. I’ve had male workers and they do not have the time to be patience and do a good job. I got a manicure and it was a poor work.. All my nails were filed terribly. I got a pedicure and the male worker cut me. The tools he was using were unsanitary. My toe is already swelling from the cut. If you do go to this salon ask for one of the female workers. They’re a lot more gentle and patient with you.
