The short guy is absolutely so rude and was in a hurry FOR NO REASON and he filed one side so much my real nail is gone and you can see the skin underneath… my sister had the same problem with her nails and we told them that we weren’t happy with the nails and they were completely rude

I went here a few days ago with my friend visiting from Michigan and Kim did our nails! She did an absolutely amazing job, she was very gentle and made us feel comfortable! She surprised me with the best nails I have ever gotten and some incredible 3D nail art that I have never seen done before! Her pricing is very generous for the time and talent she puts into her work! I definitely suggest asking for Kim if you go! AND TIP THIS KIND WOMAN SHE DESERVES IT!

The job done on my nails was very nice, which is why I gave this a 3, not a 1 or two. They looked better than they have with and in other shops around the area. These nail people don’t always like to do nails with ‘regular’ polish, preferring ‘dips’ or gel ( more forgiving?!) but that’s what I prefer most of the time, and I Am the paying customer. The massage of both lower legs and arms could have been longer, but I was only charged for basic. Anyway, the lower points given are not for the job done but for the cleanliness, or lack of it, in the shop. Thankfully, the feet bowls were lined with plastic and their tools seemed to be cleaned well as they were prepackaged. I didn’t see the tools she began using on me being unwrapped though, and I know some of these gals/ guys like to use their own tools, so I can’t help but wonder. But the surrounding areas, the floors, even the sinks, were sadly either dirty or just didn’t look freshly cleaned.Nothing looked dusted. It’s one thing to need a little fresh decor, but another to be dirty. I have a compromised immune system and have to be aware of these things. I needed some work on the corners of my toenails, and sadly, even though I noticed my nail gal cleanse it with what appeared as alcohol or similar ( it’s hard to tell as they always have their things in their own containers), but it still became inflamed, swollen, pink and draining a little by the next day. I had to go to the podiatrist to have it further clipped out and cleaned up yesterday, four days after my appointment. It’s one thing to not be able to afford to redecorate a salon( although it isn’t expensive to pick up some fresh decor at the local craft store and freshen/ brighten things up!) but a regular use of mop and dusters makes a world of difference both in aesthetics and grade of cleanliness. And it Does help prevent painful and sometimes costly infections.

Went to get my nails done notice it was done right the lady got upset because I told her I wasn’t happy. My daughter got her nails done here and they are already coming off after paying 65 dollars for something she would of paid 55 in ft worth.

We came for pedicures and everyone was so friendly and professional. All the customers in the shop were happy with their work and so were we! The entire pedicure was so relaxing and everything looks amazing too. Skip going to the city and get your mani/pedis in Decatur! Pedicure

I came in a few weeks ago and got the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. The lady rubbed my legs and feet for awhile, probably longer than normal! I came in today, got the same lady, and it was very disappointing. She probably rubbed my legs and feet for less than 2 minutes. It would be nice to have consistency with the same person. That’s my favorite part of course.
