Well I was Extremely happy with the service for my mother and I when I was done with my dip thought my mom was ready to go with her pedicure come to find out they only put clear coat on regular pedicure as my dip nails were going to take longer they said she won’t need gel top coat cause the time for my nails she will be dry, well I was done about hour later only to find out they hadn’t painted her toes with color yet so I said I feel like they should put gel on her toes at there cost they said no can’t do that it will be 15.00 more for gel at this time I’ve spent $195.00 I asked the owner your will to loose 2 good customers that not to mention tip VERY WELL over $15.00 she says to me it’s fine we have plenty of customers I said seriously to loose 2 customers over $15.00 that’s bad business for and Inappropriate for a owner I sad that’s crazy I WILL NEVER COME BACK, she says fine

The nail polish was uneven and bubbled. They only give good quality to people they know, there was a couple of girls they talked with a bit and gave them amazing nails. Had a good experience here. My sister and I both got manicures and pedicures. They were very thourough with cuticles, shape, and massage. My sister’s French tips are very well done. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because my manicure wasn’t cleaned up at the end and there is some polish on my fingertips. Overall pleased with quality and price.

The best nail salon in Arkansas! I drive over an hour to see Thom and her staff at Nails Spa in Batesville, Arkansas. The manicures and pedicures are done with attention to detail, and last for weeks. The entire staff is pleasant, and treat you like they’re happy to see you. I highly recommend Nails Spa.
