Highly disappointed! I took my 15 yo daughter to get a fill for her high school homecoming dance. The nail tech cut her cuticles so much that they bled! When I brought it up, another tech told me that “it’s fine” and added that she would be ok in 3 days. This annoyed me because her dance is today! My daughter later told me that her nail tech told her it was her fault because she moved! So she was feeling like it was her fault! This is not acceptable! No accountability on their part!

Clean salon, staff is friendly. Had an 11:30 appointment, waited 35 minutes. Very busy and they overbook. Paid for the deluxe pedicure. Dave did not file or clean up my nails or cuticles. He clipped and lightly filed one foot, but not the other. I had to ask him to do both. He did not clean under the toe nails or file the rough edges after he cut them. I questioned, but he did not speak English so he could not understand. I watched as others getting the basic were getting a complete exfoliating of their soles and nail beds. He did not do that to my feet. It was supposed to be a longer massage, but Dave finished at the same time as my daughter, who got the basic. I left with pieces of rough skin around my nails where he cut, but didn’t file. I also had to clean the polish off the skin around the nail beds.

I am always so pleased with the services. They were extremely busy but Tommy got to me on time and I went to the pedicure station. I sat beside a lady that looked like she needed a friend. I will say that most of the techs do a great job on my and my daughters’s nails (acrylic with gel polish). I never have a problem with them popping off. However, I have made an appt there for the last two visits and had to wait 45 mins to an hour to be seen. I am looking for another nail salon which makes me sad because I really like all the employees.

Not at all happy with manicurist. My entire manicure was rushed. He dusted my hands off before applying gel polish. But did not wipe my nails down with alcohol before applying polish. My hands and around my nails were still dusty. I asked about it and was told he wiped my hands with acetone prior to starting. He did not. When I told him he didn’t he told me I just didn’t see it. How would I not see what he was doing to my hands??? It was a bad excuse for cutting corners. I will not be returning to your business at any point.
