She does a great job! Very professional and so nice. I love the dip powder. My nails normally break easily but are super strong using the dip. The gentleman that works there does my daughter’s nails and toes. He also does an amazing job. He’s doing her nails today for her wedding on Saturday. We don’t go anywhere else! Always had a good experience here! I will say though, I’m pretty basic in what I usually get so I’ve never gotten designs or anything so I can’t attest to that, but they’ve done great manicures and pedicures for me, I’ve gotten the basics and they do a great French tip and I love getting the dip done as well!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy entire family use to be loyal customers and the last few visits we have been treated horribly. I stopped coming here but tried to give them another shot. They don’t appreciate certain customers, and they will do a rush job to get you in and out (IF THEY MAKE TIME TO ASSIST YOU).. My last visit they acted like they didn’t want to assist my daughter and me although we had an appointment. Then they spent 5 minutes on my 8 year olds pedicure (this was a special day for her) and then we were told that they would do only 1/2 of the service that we requested. They don’t appreciate certain customers, and they will do a rush job to get you in and out (IF THEY MAKE TIME TO ASSIST YOU).. My last visit they acted like they didn’t want to assist my daughter and me although we had an appointment. Critical: QualityI always use this nail salon. Sadly,I brought a friend today & I was so embarrassed. She got a decent pedicure but mine was horrible. I should have been charged for a polish change & not a pedicure. When we came in the salon there was one lady getting a pedicure done.Apparently, the nail tech that was doing my pedicure was to do her nails. She rushed through my pedicure so she could do the ladies nails. They weren’t even busy. She did not massage my legs or feet at all. Matter of fact, when I went to put my shoes on , my feet were dry!!! She never even put lotion on my feet. I will have to find another salon!Service: PedicureI always use this nail salon. We just moved to Collierville and wanted to try out Nails & Spa as it was close to home. My mom and I wanted a pedicure done. We were not pleased with their service. The lady who did the pedicure for my mom was horrible. She did not file the nails, treat the cuticles, scrubbed nor massaged her feet and when confronted lied outright. The owner of the salon did not apologize when we were confronting the employee instead was laughing with them. While checking out when i complained to the owner about the terrible service she told me that next time when we come in we should request not to be serviced by that lady. There is never going to be a next time in this salon for us. Very unprofessional staff and horrible experience. I will never recommend this salon to family and friends.

I’m hesitant to leave this review because it could make him more popular and increase my wait time ( )but I know how important it is to find someone that does a good pedicure so I must! The gentleman that works here is phenomenal, my feet look amazing and the gel polish he uses stays on forever. He keeps my feet looking flawless and the massage chairs they have are quite lovely, I highly recommend him for pedicures and nail sets.

The service is good . They get the job done quick ! but that’s the problem The man that did my nails is horrible they only lasted me 5 days . and i spent $40 . As i’m typing this i only 3 nails on my left hand and 2 on my right. I do not Recommend this nail salon ! The second day of having them done nails started to fall off . I grabbed my bag and one broke . i have natural curly hair i scratched it and another broke . Their to expensive, and i would never go here again !
