I am new to town and needed a new nail salon. I walked in and they said it would be an hour. Wait well it wasn’t even 10 minutes and somebody took me and I don’t know what the gentleman‘s name was let me tell you he did an excellent excellent job on an acrylic fill. I will be going back. The place is very clean. They have numerous text so they can take a lot of people at one time.

I’ve been in Salisbury for a year now and have had too many failed nail experiences! No one has met my standards until coming here. PERFECTION!!!! I got EXACTLY what I wanted from shaping, length and design!!! The guy there treated me very disrespectfully & doesn’t know about nail shapes or at least the latest. I asked for tapered square & he clearly couldn’t or didn’t know how to do it. Then TRIED to accuse me of not being able to pay saying I was being picky. No do your JOB & obviously keep up with the trends. Very poor customer service DO NOT RECOMMEND then still charged me for a bail take off when a customer isn’t happy I shouldn’t have to pay for that. But I did. Then tried to call to talk to a manager apparently “He wasn’t in” Even the lady wasn’t respectful nor helpful saying I’m busy , he didn’t say anything, & I don’t have to come back lol THE AUDACITY. I’m glad I took my money & service elsewhere.

The tech barely massage feet and legs I watched as the other 2 tech gave good work on 2 white women . I paid the full price and got very poor service and he rinsed my feet and legs in Cold water I said it’s cold and he just smiled .if I decide to go back I will not use the same male tech again
