The nail tech spoke NO English what so ever, he was extremely rough pressing and filing the top of my nails with a metal instrument and the nail file. I had to tell him to stop! Never going back. This use to be one of my favorite nail salons. I’ve been going here for almost 3 years now. But you know when you get a little bit more “fame” some let it go to their heads. They do a good job on nails but the customer service is so rude. Attitudes on top of attitudes. I can vouch for Monica and the older guy that sits next to her (not sure of his name) but they are THE best at what they do. Management can definitely work on being more friendly. As of now I’m no longer attending here. But if Monica and the older guy are open to privately doing my nails, feet, eyebrows. I’ll pay them double the prices they usually charge.

Went here when I first moved and they did my nails. The overlay was horrible and one of my nails popped off before two weeks. I was unhappy with their service (I went twice) and when I went to another shop a fungus was under my nail. I’ve never had that before.

I agree with many other reviewers. I’ve been here many times, and every time got a different experience. There were only 2 technicians that were always polite and did a good job, that’s why I gave 2 stars instead of one. The owner, and the rest of the staff have been consistently rude/conceited/unprofessional.

I got my nails done here and watched another Lady receive specialized detail nails marbeling to be exact , came back 4 days later and they said they do not do any type of designs on nails. After initially saying yes and me waiting 20 minutes. Horrible customer service!

I have been wearing gel nails for a few year now and wanted to Try some coffin style acrylic nails for my birthday trip in Vegas back in November, after looking at Monica’s work I thought I’d give her a shot I’m glad I did now I’m obsessed with the type and style of now! Only go to Monica she is awesome, I don’t know about everybody else I can’t speak for them but she’s truly talented!
