I asked yesterday from the beginning, that I wanted a fill-in and gel color change. The lady started CHIPPING my nails off and told me this is how they do a fill-in so I complied, then tells me that I have to get a full set because my nails are to loose but I can pay the fill-in price which is $30. She starts applying the fake nails and I ASKED FOR SQUARE and it was not square, so she gets a attitude, packs her stuff up and tells me to move to the other mans chair. I get to the mans chair and he is still making my nails coffin when I repeatedly asked for square, the paint job was SLOPPY, it smelled in there and on top of everything he charged me $48 for horrible nails. I REFUSED TO PAY $48!!! I told him I will only pay 30 because I did NOT ask for the woman to take my nails OFF she did that on her own. He called the cops on me, I am 17 and he replied saying “yall young kids are always trying to get over there is nothing wrong with your nails pay and leave”. I called my mom she argued then payed! NEVER GO HERE THIS IS A HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

Do not go here!! If you want poor service and center blocks for nails and an up charge for every least thing then be my guess and waste your time and money. It was no A/C just fans blowing hot air! No clean stations! No antiseptics or cleaners for brushes and files! State board please go here and shut them down. $95.00 wasted! Had to wait for another tech Justin who had an attitude to fix my nails from Lucy who needs to retire!

I went on Sunday and on Tuesday a nail chipped. I came in on Friday for a repair and a couple nail polish refreshing. Lady at station two took me. And was rude! Snatching my fingers and talking nasty. I stopped her and told her she was being rude and I wasn’t sure why. I said I’ll wait for someone else. I was waiting for over an hour as others came in and were waited on. As a customer I felt very disrespected. It’s only three people serving this location. I’ve come to this shop and waiting patiently and politely. I tip well and am always respectful. I will not return.

This place NEVER opens on time, not ever! When they used to open at 9, they didn’t show up till 10. They just changed their hours to open at 10, and I’m standing outside in the cold at 10:34 waiting for someone to show up. How can every single employee of the place be more than 30 minutes late at the same time? Do they carpool?

I only gave them a star because it wouldn’t allow me to leave a review otherwise. This was first time going and I will never go again. First of all it’s only 3 people working and they are extra slow. Next I was about to get a pedicure, the lady fixed the water for me as she continued to work on another client. Then after she finished the client she had she cleaned that station, then took the clients money, then ce back to me and asked what color I wanted, went to get the color, cam back to me and tapped my leg to bring me feet outta the water. The entire time I watched this lady do all of this with the ae gloves on that she did the client before me pedicure. I stopped her and said ..let me ask you a question, aren’t those the same gloves that you just had on, so are you going to change them? She was not going to change them if I didn’t say anything. JUST NASTY..I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I WILL STICK TO MY REGULAR NAIL SALON.

Came here for a gel pedi & fill in for the first time and I AM HORRIBLY DISGUSTED WITH THE OUTCOME!!!! NOT ONLY DID THE TECH USE AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF ACRYLIC ON MY NAILS… THE LAYER IS EXTREMELY UNEVEN… I MENTIONED IT TO HER AND SHE REPEATEDLY SAID THAT THERE WAS NO LUMPS ON MY NAILS AND REFUSED TO FIX THE MISTAKES. (PLEASE AVOID THE LADY TECH WHO SITS ON THE RIGHT SIDE BEHIND THE MANAGER)

I will not be going back. I went last Saturday and got gel nails. It started chipping and peeling by Wednesday on one nail. By Friday 3 more were peeling I went today to get them fixed. I waited and waited. I noticed people who came after me were getting called. I asked why was I still waiting. They said it was still a person before me. They don’t have enough people to serve the volume of customers. I will take my money elsewhere.
