Critical: QualityI went to Nail Spa only because the usual place I go to didn’t have any openings for the day I needed to get my nails done.It is a small nail shop with only two people working. (I think husband/wife)They were very nice to me.They didn’t have many options for colors of gel polish.I asked for a cut down on my nails, and instead of using the electric file to cut my nails down, she used one of the artificial nail clippers, and that caused the acrylic to immediately lift from my real nails. ♀️I got my nails done on a Thursday afternoon and my nails started chipping that night. I never experienced that before with gel polish. My acrylic has even started to chip as well. I feel like the hospitality was very good but the quality of the nails isn’t up to my standards. I feel like they need to take classes to refresh their mind because my nails look like I got it done by a 10 year old. They don’t have plastic wrap for the pedicure section and I find that very unsanitary. Tbh I won’t be going back but hey you live and you learn ig.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter and I went there for a mani pedi done by Jen and John. We were both done in 35 minutes. Their work is very sloppy. There was nail polish all over my toes and huge spaces that were not polished at all. Maybe they are getting older and just can’t see anymore, but I paid 70 dollars, plus 10 dollars in tips, for a manicure and pedicure that looked like it was done by an 8 year old. John’s work was worse than Jen’s; however, Jen’s work was also terrible. Maybe she thought since my daughter was only 18, that she didn’t have to do as nice of a job. To be brief, it took me two and a half hours to fix our nails when I got home. It’s time for these folks to retire.

This was my first time there. John and Jennifer are the owners. John did a great job on my nails, and is easy to communicate with. The spa is very neat and clean. I will definitely be going back!

2 of my nails started lifting the next day too, the 2 they replaced ironically. I came back to have them repaired again and because the nail was snagging everything due to the lifting, part of it broke off. So long story short the nail was cut down and now I have a short middle finger ….I can’t wait to return to my usual nail salon. They could have at least offered to add a tip so it would be the same length.

Been coming here for 10 years! It’s the only place I go to and if they aren’t available, then what I need just doesn’t get done! If you’re, looking for lots of pedi chairs and mani tables with constant in and out traffic and loud chatter, this isn’t the place for you. Very intimiate space owned by a husband and wife with the best hospitality and very loyal customers! Jen is always incredibly sweet and full of hospitality and John is sure to make you laugh with his goofy and corky ways! Also sanitation is excellent. Each new customer gets their own nail box labelled with your name and a number that is equipped with tools that touch your hands and feet only! If you’re ever in the area, you CANNOT go wrong here!
