Positive: Quality, ValueI have never had a bad experience here, nor do I have anything bad to say about this place. My nails have always came out great whenever I come here. Not sure what the younger lady’s name is, but she does an amazing job and pays such close attention to detail and always does the designs on my nails just how I want them. She’s also so sweet! They also remodeled everything and have brand new massage chairs which are AMAZING, and so relaxing. Call & make an appointment! It takes two seconds. I have never had a bad experience here, nor do I have anything bad to say about this place. My nails have always came out great whenever I come here. Not sure what the younger lady’s name is, but she does an amazing job and pays such close attention to detail and always does the designs on my nails just how I want them. She’s also so sweet! They also remodeled everything and have brand new massage chairs which are AMAZING, and so relaxing. Call & make an appointment! It takes two seconds. There are only a few people working there, so if you don’t want to wait for possibly an hour or more, make an appointment! I am happy with my nails every time I go (and I’m very picky!). Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueGo somewhere else. I spent $60 including tip for a gel French tip set. Within less than 2 days, the gel just started breaking off. I think it might be because I told the woman I wanted gel, but she started putting the polish that goes on before acrylic. When I reminded her that I asked for gel, she got an attitude and lightly blotted the base polish off. That’s the only thing that I could imagine would cause thr gel to break off so easily. I don’t even realize when they break, because I’m not doing anything rough that would usually cause nails to break. I would post a picture, but I don’t see the option. Go somewhere else. I spent $60 including tip for a gel French tip set. Within less than 2 days, the gel just started breaking off. I think it might be because I told the woman I wanted gel, but she started putting the polish that goes on before acrylic. Critical: QualitySo I went and got a pedicure and manicure done here two days ago. 6/25/21. Mind you no acrylic, just paint and was charged $65.00. well maybe that’s normal for some places however the sign said 45 dollars for Mani & Pedi! Now I did get rhinestones on my ring fingers, and on my big toes. Well not even 12 hours had went by and almost all the Rhine stones fell off! Not to mention they were put on with clear nail polish no glue. The lady didn’t even put them on correctly as they were supposed to line the cuticle curve on the nail and they were places below it. I seen my nail polish on both sides it’s like she just placed them wherever. I never bash any business for their work unless it’s absolutely horrible. I understand we all have to make money and keep our businesses running, however with the price and the quality of work I got was absolutely disappointing! Not to mention the nail file and buffer used for my nails were definitely used previously for other clients as well as the nail clippers, and other nail tools used. I know they have sanitizing solutions but you’re a nail business, you should have that stuff new for each client. I went to nail salons in the past and they opened the clippers, cuticle cutters, etc right in front of me. I’m absolutely disgusted with the work and the price. The stones never should have fallen off not even 12 hours later, off my nails or toes. This is the reason I don’t get my nails done anymore because of places like these. Lastly as I was checking out the lady gave me my change and stood there with her hand out for a tip! And then laughed aloud and clapped walking away because I didn’t tip her. How rude! So I went and got a pedicure and manicure done here two days ago. 6/25/21. Mind you no acrylic, just paint and was charged $65.00. well maybe that’s normal for some places however the sign said 45 dollars for Mani & Pedi!
