Critical: Professionalism, QualityCame in asking for a fall set with glitter and the male nail tech was extremely rude and told me I can’t have that and I can only have ONE color . I didn’t make a fuss and sat in silence (trusting the process) and on the edge of tears just wanting to get it over with and leave . I get my nails done regularly and trying to find a solid nail salon as well as taking a break since I’m a mother of two and some days are harder than others . He then asked me about length and I said medium and he clipped my nails DOWN TO MY NATURAL NAIL LINE . I was over it at this point . He never had me rinse my nails after filing and just laid the polish on top which resulted in grainy and lumpy/streaky polish. Each of my nails are different shapes as well. I will not be back .
