Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, Quality, ValueGirls weekend and we decided to get pedicures while away from home!! Able to make an appointment for the afternoon and we got there a little early and there was no one there so they took us right away!! Henry was so great at sharing tips about the area and we really enjoyed the time to relax and be pampered before returning home tomorrow!! I also tore one of my nails and they quickly glued it and no need to repaint the one mail!! Girls weekend and we decided to get pedicures while away from home!! Able to make an appointment for the afternoon and we got there a little early and there was no one there so they took us right away!! Henry was so great at sharing tips about the area and we really enjoyed the time to relax and be pampered before returning home tomorrow!! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is the most unprofessional salon I’ve ever been to. The nail technician Henry was so rude to me. He handled my hands very rough and continued to roll his eyes at me when I told him to be gentle. Once he finishedhe got unset with me for pointing out a crack on the side of my nail. If that wasn’t enough he then charged me $45 for a fill in. I LOVE Nail Spa 1!!! Lily & Henry and their entire staff are AMAZING! They are professional, take their time, and always make sure I am beyond satisfied with their service! Before coming to Nail Spa 1, I jumped around from place to place…never finding someone that I really liked to do my manicure/pedicure. After many years of searching…I finally found the ONLY place that I enjoy going and trust will do fabulous work! I just moved to the area, and I read the reviews for a few nail places before deciding to come here. I’m glad I did. I got a full set, and the nail tech did it with great attention to detail. My nails look fantastic. Unfortunately, I did not think to bring cash for a tip, and you don’t have the option to include it on your card, so next time I go I will be leaving a big tip to make up for it.
