If I could give ZERO stars I would. I went here to have gel polish removed lady at the desk said it’ll be $10, ok cool. Then all of a sudden when I sit down the up charges begin when at the desk it was just $10 now you’re asking if I want polish for $25 then I say cut down that’s extra too. I had gel so it wouldn’t be easy to just remove it myself and if it was I would have done so, so I just told the lady just remove the polish and I’ll cut it down myself. I NEVER went to this nail shop because of the low rating but ironically after leaving and having to use my card because I didn’t not have cash I start getting charges on my card $1 each totaling $43 starting from the date I was at this nail shop. I’m not slow, dumb, or stupid it did not occur until after leaving this shop. The only reason why I came to this shop was to have the gel removed and because I did not want to drive 40 mins to the GOOD nail shop that I go to which I should have done. Never been in this situation and never will I ever advise anyone to go here UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO AND HAVE CASH! Nothing good comes to a thief and scammer, yall are NASTY FOR WHAT YALL DID and deserve every low rating you have gotten and will get and don’t mind trying to take this review done cause it’s on yelp where it STICK. NOW HAVE A GOOD DAY SCAMMER!

Trust the bad reviews, I wish I had. Rude staff, nasty ripped chairs. My left thumb nail ended up being longer than my right and same with my index fingers. Never had this happen before so I didn’t bother to check. Not what I expected at all and such a shame too because I just moved across the street and I would have given them a ton of my business but after my trip I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone.

very unprofessional. asked for a full manicure and never received one, only received the nail set (which is nothing too good). i got dip nails, and then filing them, the lady filed my cuticle and skin — made me bleed like crazy; she could see i was bleeding and flinching and did nothing about it. also, whether it was the intention or not, she would glance at me weirdly and it made me uncomfortable. honestly i would skip the place

Came for a quick mani and pedi. Staff is rude, tools are dirty and not to mention they cute my cuticle so bad I bled. Won’t be returning this was my last straw. While getting a pedi I was forced to have gel polish “they don’t offer regular” anymore. This place is a disaster.

This place is terrible and a waste of money. My pedicure was ok but the acrylic nails was a terrible experience. The nail tech butchered my cuticles making me bleed on almost every nail. And now it’s not even a week later and my nails look terrible. Very disappointed. Pedicure, Acrylic nails

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe person who did my (male) was horrible. When he cut my cuticles it hurt. The massage on my legs hurt. Not relaxing at all.I didn’t notice until after I left that he had cut off a portion of my toe nail on the corner and it looks terrible. The polish was decent, but then he said that he had to go…and someone else would be doing my manicure.I waited for 5 minutes with my hands soaking in warm water.
