The male nail tech continued to ask me if I wanted Gel toes. The first few times it was funny. After that it became annoying. I had told him multiple times no and he said “but baby gel is better for you.” Also, they used a cheese shredder instead of a pumice stone, pinched my toes when he was painting, and didn’t help me with my shoes. No refreshments were even offered. The end result was alright. I’ve had better service.

Went in for a fill in my normal tech was out…This is what I got! I messaged the tech that normally does my nails and she saw my message and didn’t respond. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis is the 6th time I’ve dropped $120 on nails. I went in needing a fill and the tech said the color I chose is t the same number as I said… I told her I had a funeral to go to and I only needed to fill it with clear acrylic and to paint over it ….she refused to go further bc I asked her what she thought would look good and she started taking about me to her coworker and literally sat back and refused to do my nails. They have no care for return customers and although my nails have always been a good quality….their service is so terrible that I refuse to ever go here again. So Unprofessional and my nails are NOT happy. This is the 6th time I’ve dropped $120 on nails. I went in needing a fill and the tech said the color I chose is t the same number as I said… I told her I had a funeral to go to and I only needed to fill it with clear acrylic and to paint over it ….she refused to go further bc I asked her what she thought would look good and she started taking about me to her coworker and literally sat back and refused to do my nails. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I wouldn’t even leave a 1 star for this business, but you have to, to leave a review! My husband and I got a pedicure this morning. The guy that did my pedicure didn’t even hardly push my cuticles back ans cut the excess skin. He acted like he was in a hurry to get on his cell phone (possibly to finish the conversation that I felt like I interrupted) when he was asked to do my husband and my pedicure it was if it was bother. He did mine, then a girl walked up and did my husbands. She did a great job. The guy that did mine sucked! He even cut my toenails crooked at an angle!! When he pained my nails it’s all lumped up, ans then he just slapped the top coat on before the polish was dry… I will take this off when I get home and redo it myself!!

I went for a manicure and paint with a fix on a real nail. They didn’t do such a fantastic job and I’m not that happy. I called before going and was quoted $5 for the nail tip and $25 for the manicure. When I got there it was almost like I had to haggle to get what I was quoted. And you can tell when they’re talking about you in their native tongue because they all look at you and it’s very uncomfortable. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

Got a manicure about 3 weeks ago and got acrylic. I’ve had acrylic nails on and off for years. The nails come off and 6 out of 10 of my nails have developed a fungal infection. This has literally never happened before over the past 6 years I’ve worn acrylics. Will not be returning nor recommending. Acrylic nails, Manicure, Dip powder, Pedicure

I felt like my family and I were treated not as good as we should have been. I spend 180.00 and the people acted like they could care less about our business. I asked for opinions on different things and I couldn’t barly get them to explain different things I didn’t know about. They could have been so much more professional and friendly.
