My nails were strong and long and I just needed the dipped removed and trimmed with a new dip color. The tech had no patience and used the drill to the point my finger were burning to take the Polish off. I expressed how painful it was and that I’ve never had them completely removed this way he started speaking in his foreign language in a very agitated voice and had me go to a different chair. The next tech was calm and did a nice color. I leave thinking I’m glad that’s over and not to return. A couple days later my nail underneath starts caving in, the corners are all breaking. It’s not even two weeks out and over half my nails have the corners gone. I love a square and it will take a couple months for these to repair from this damage. I stopped in to show them and he made excuses that it’s been two weeks. Yes it has but typically the first two weeks my nails look great with dipped. By week 3 they are showing they are growing out but I do neutral to get my moneys worth. It’s rare that I ever have a chipped nail in 4 weeks. The lady that worked there was discussing it with him and he smacked her hand away. Rude, poor quality, no patience and I won’t be back.

I am only rating 1 star, because it is a requirement to leave a review.

My experience here was not pleasant. Having done nothing to deserve it, one of the nail technicians came up to me and yelled something at me in another language. Also, My dip manicure chipped within a week. Would never go back. Manicure

Worst experience I have ever had at any nail salon. Went in to get a pedicure and a shellac/gel manicure. I had gel already on my nails which is obvious if you looked at them because they were about 2.5 weeks old and had started to grow out. The woman that did my pedicure didn’t even speak to me at all until it came time for her to look at my nails. She looked at my nails like it was the most insane polish she had ever seen and proceeded to take a drill to my pinky. I’m assuming she was trying to see how thick the gel was?? She drilled it until it started to hurt and I had to tell her so. Then she grabbed a bowl of acetone and told me to soak my nails in the bowl. About 15 minutes later she checked my nails then brought me a small piece of paper towel and told me to rub the polish with the towel. Out of the 10 years that I have been getting my nails done I have never in my life been told by a nail tech to rub my gel polish off with a paper towel. I did as I was told but it clearly wasn’t working so after about 20 minutes I stopped. I used my own fingernail to test the gel to see how soft it was. It came right off so with the proper tool the gel would have came off in a couple of scrapes. I wanted another 10-15 minutes – this time with cold towels on my legs and feet. When the tech finally came back over to me she told me that she wanted ME to scrape my old polish off with my own fingernails. This was it for me. I was not going to drop almost $100 to get my nails done by someone who was telling me to remove my own old polish with my fingernails. If this is the way I wanted my nails done I could have done it at home. I got extremely upset and it wasn’t until I refused to pay for any services that the owner or manager then decided to look up from his job and address the issue. He then tried to explain the proper way of gel remove, which I was already aware of, and I asked then why is your technician making me soak my entire hands in acetone for 40 minutes then instructing ME to remove my own polish with my fingernails. She clearly doesn’t know what she is doing. The worst experience ever. Save your time and money and go to another salon in Mt Juliet. Also, my pedicure was never completed so this was part of the reason why I didn’t even offer to pay for it because that service was never completed either.

My daughters (7&13) and I stopped in on our way home yesterday, as I needed a new set and they wanted theirs done too. My youngest asked for the children’s mani pedi, my oldest wanted an overlay. My oldest’s turned out beautiful, we were both very pleased with them, except the price: $40! Mind u she’s 13! She bites her nails and they are very short!

Sat down for a full set of nails, didn’t ask shape or length. Just did her own thing. $25 for a gel color change on toes ! That’s crazy to me !! Won’t be back

Went to this salon for my wedding nails. We were there from 12:30-3:30. My nail tech messed up my nails, yelled at me & blamed it on me. Needless to say, I left in tears. I have never had such an awful experience at a nail salon. I do not recommend! Dip powder, Manicure, Pedicure

The picture at the end was what I showed to the person doing my nails that’s what I wanted. They said that they could do that. I was the only one there at the time. I already had nails on and just came for different color. The shape of my nails are now uneven. Not only did I not get the design but the paint job was horrible and 3 of my fingers were cut. One was still bleeding by the time I got home, 10 minutes away. Not only was it obviously bleeding but they went ahead and put the oil (not sure if that is what it is. At the end) on my fingers which caused it to sting. The paint was not all the way on the side of the nails and look to have been filed off before completely dry. I was in a rush timewise so did not have time to get them corrected. Personally I don’t think this is worth the thirty dollars I paid especially since all there was to do was take off paint and apply a different color.
