Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve been here many times. I went and got a full set. After my fingers were in excruciating pain I definitely have friction burn, this has never happened. They still hurt really bad even a day later… I went back that day and they refused to give me a refund if I was going to have them take them off. So I had them cut them very short and that was even more painful. I’ve been here many times. I went and got a full set. After my fingers were in excruciating pain I definitely have friction burn, this has never happened. They still hurt really bad even a day later… I went back that day and they refused to give me a refund if I was going to have them take them off. Critical: ProfessionalismGot there 20 min before they close and one of the women gave my wife a nasty look , they proceeded to tell us they are closed and to go to another nail salon near by knowing they are closing by the time we arrive. We have been preparing for travel and got there as soon as we could. Some people struggle to have a business open while others do not care about clients. Got there 20 min before they close and one of the women gave my wife a nasty look , they proceeded to tell us they are closed and to go to another nail salon near by knowing they are closing by the time we arrive. We have been preparing for travel and got there as soon as we could. Some people struggle to have a business open while others do not care about clients. She does an amazing job, she is very thorough and goes the extra mile. Eyebrows I have them done here maybe twice a month and they look great. With the pandemic going on, they’ve taken very good precautions, limiting the amount of people in at a time, have to wash your hands before and after touching a nail polish bottle. For starters I’ve been coming here for years since it’s near home and I’ve only ever had a few bad experiences, my nail tech is Nancy. She does an amazing job, she is very thorough and goes the extra mile. Eyebrows I have them done here maybe twice a month and they look great. With the pandemic going on, they’ve taken very good precautions, limiting the amount of people in at a time, have to wash your hands before and after touching a nail polish bottle. All the extra cleanliness is very much appreciated, if your going to be going to nails so happy I recommend Nancy or Tiffiany!

I asked for them to be shaped square but instead she shaped them squavel. The tips she used were bigger than my nail beds which looked awful and acrylic was on my cuticles as well as the skin on each side of my nails. Ohhh!!! And not to even forget the tops of my nails were lumpy because she didn’t take the time to file them properly and make them look smooth. I was referred by a friend but I will never refer any of my friends to go there. I went in the beginning of May and it only took the tech 25 minutes to do a full set from start to finish. I asked for them to be shaped square but instead she shaped them squavel. The tips she used were bigger than my nail beds which looked awful and acrylic was on my cuticles as well as the skin on each side of my nails. Ohhh!!! Very rude group of individuals that don’t care about the clientele.The ones that took the gel manicure/pedicure off was not happy and very angry because I only wanted my gels removed. Because she was not able to sell me what she wanted to sell me. She was so angrily frustrated and she took it by removing the gel polish with a drimel and left my nails so thin that I’m having to take Tylenol to diffuse the pain I’m experiencing. I wish I knew if I could take this place to court. Their license should be revoked.Do yourself a favor DONT USE THEM. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe women wouldn’t even let the paint dry. I left and an hour later my nails were completely ruined because the paint was not dry. She rushed everything. It’s ridiculous I paid $50 for a regular pedicure and manicure. Nothing special. Super not happy and definitely will not be coming back.Services: Pedicure, Manicure
