This was my first time coming here. 2 people were recommended. I came in like 2 minutes late because of parking and still ended up waiting like 20 minutes. No complaints about that though. My only complaint is that he didn’t clean around my nails. The only thing I liked is that my dip nails were not left too thick. I didn’t complain to him about it paid and left. I don’t think I will come back to this place though.

Diana is impeccable. She does a phenomenal job on my nails every time. She’s definitely my go to- she pays extreme attention to detail and we always have fun. Plus, she’s hilarious. 10/10 my favorite studio and definitely my favorite artist.

I said I wasn’t coming back to this place since every visit has been terrible but then I received a gift card so a year later I figured maybe they got better. Every time I have walked through the store it’s a bad vibe everyone in there is rude to the customers and rude to their own co workers. If there is ever an issue don’t you dare mention it because they will argue with you. The manager a while back took me to the nail tech who messed my nails up after I asked if I could have someone new fix them and the nail tech who messed my nails up started yelling and waving her hand at me and that’s why I never returned also I always get dip because it works for me the best. Dip can be time-consuming but it’s also expensive and never in my life have I had a business where the employees try to talk me out of getting something just because they’re too lazy to do it. Twice I had a person put dip on my nails with a brush mixed in with a bunch of other things like original acrylic. Same thing just happened after returning a year later. The nail tech didn’t know I knew about Nails. Not only did he know he did my nails wrong but he didn’t charge me for dip at the end which cost them money and he also said if your nail breaks come back to me because he knew my nails were made week since he didn’t do the dip properly. Also as I’m getting a pedicure The guy didn’t scrub my feet and when I told him he didn’t he argued and said I’ll do it again so in his mind because he thought he already did it when he went to scrub my feet it was for only two seconds on each side. I am so tired of wasting so much money at this place only for the disrespect and unprofessionalism. NEVER RETURNING !!!! (As my picture shows you can see the brush marks in my nails since he used dip powder mixed with other things, it’s also worse in person)

Bad experience with the customer service, both people who did my nails & my pedicure were rude. Asked the man to soak off nails and he did not , tried to take it off with clippers because it was “ faster “ , ended up with my pinky nail ripped off. They don’t have no patience and act like they don’t wanna do their job. After I said I didn’t want to get a full set anymore after my nail being half gone, I asked for a manicure and they didn’t even do that right.

I really enjoyed my visit! I really appreciated that they were open late enough to accommodate me (a little after 7!) and it was a beautiful facility with gorgeous chandeliers. The space seemed very clean and maintained and it was really big! Henry was my nail tech and I appreciated that he spoke English very well

Every single time I’ve had a great visit. I always schedule my appointments with Tony Le & he does awesome work. We went out on a limb & did something a little different than my normal set. So happy with the way these turned out again.

I have positive and negative and usually don’t do this but I spent a lot of money for something I didn’t end up liking because I was rushed out. My pedicure took 45 mins to an hour and it was really nice. Tina did an amazing job and I am super happy with her. She also did my eyebrows. I give her 5 stars. Now, John did my nails and I was rushed. He didn’t take his time with me. My nails ended up bumpy on the top, not neat on my cuticles, my acrylics were fat instead fitting my nails and then I had to smooth my edges when I got home that night. It was very disappointing and don’t know if I could go back to fix. Paid too much to be rushed out because an order came in for the tech. It wasn’t right and terrible service.
