Had a wonderful experience! Called at 1:30 and they accommodated me for a 2pm appointment. Was quickly taken to a station and given color options. Nail tech was so friendly. Was in and out in 30mins for a fill in with gel polish! Would definitely recommend.

I took my mom there for a pedicure today for her birthday. I thoroughly enjoy the pedicures with jelly so I enjoy going here. However, today was an awful experience. The gentleman performing my pedicure cut me when trimming my nails. Never acknowledged it or apologized. He continued trying to stop the bleeding throughout the pedicure. After he polished the nails he was trying to get what he thought was excess polish off my toes but it was really blood and continued to brush acetone over my cut repeatedly. Again, no acknowledgement or apologizes. When I was checking out the front desk employee asked how everything was, I told her about the cuts I had and she completely ignored me. I can’t even blame them being busy like they normally are, as they were relatively calm at this time. Very disappointed in the lack of care or acknowledgement of their mistakes.

The first time I came here the service and results were amazing. The most recent time, the lady insisted I should get gel although that just wasn’t what I had requested. She then proceeded to mess up every design. I came home and tried to enjoy them, but I ended up painting right over them a few days later. The service was not friendly and the job was done sloppily. My other experience, the service and nails were phenomenal, but quite thin. Two of them came off in my sleep.

I’ve never had problems with this place until recently. I’ve paid over $60 for an acrylic nails only for them to crack/ break off repeatedly. I scheduled an appointment to get it fixed. But they didn’t take me at my appointment time. The fixed nails broke 2 days later. Requested an appointment online to get them removed for them to send me a “text” saying they are busy at the time I requested. When I called they said they called me to reschedule but they never did! Didn’t bother sending a text to have me reschedule as they normally do. Will gladly take my business elsewhere..

I booked an appointment for my husband, myself and another couple. We wanted pedi’s and mani’s. We had no wait time, the staff was amazing and extremely attentive. Ryan gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I will definitely be making this my new spot. It was so great, our company said they wanna come visit once a month so they can go back. I wish I could give zero stars. I never leave reviews but this business is so awful, I felt the need to warn anyone else that might go here. I went with someone else and we both got gel manicures. After two days, they starting chipping. Got it fixed. Another two days, a different nail chips. As for me, two of my nails, the gel just popped off. When we both went back to have it fixed, they refused because they were “too busy”. Well they weren’t “too busy” when they charged me close to $100 for complete garbage service. Mind you, they honestly weren’t “too busy”, they could have easily fixed both of our nails and we would have been in and out within 10 minutes but they chose to not have good customer service skills and refused to fix the problem. I had issues with them when they first opened and didn’t go back up until recently due to them just being convenient to where I live. My mistake. Please choose another nail salon and don’t make the same mistake I did. They are just awful.
