Nails So Dep

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMultiple people had to convince me to write this, as I’m not typically one to write a review, let alone a bad one…but my experience here was unlike anything I’ve experienced in the many years I’ve been regularly getting my nails done. I sincerely wish I had gotten the name of the man who did my nails, but I honestly couldn’t get out of there quick enough. After tearing the old dip from my nails (not soaking it off) and damaging them in the process, he proceeded to miss my fingernails getting much of the dip on the skin of my fingers and leaving them lumpy and missing dip completely in some spots. I asked questions throughout the process and he was hardly responsive at all nor did he connect me with management (claiming that he was the manager himself). I finally just asked to soak the dip off and left. To say it was a disappointment is an understatement. Multiple people had to convince me to write this, as I’m not typically one to write a review, let alone a bad one…but my experience here was unlike anything I’ve experienced in the many years I’ve been regularly getting my nails done. Critical: QualityCan there for a mother and daughter date . My 3 daughters and myself paid about 65$ for my youngest (7years old ) the next day all her gel polish was off. My oldest gel polish was coming off whole. My stones came off two days later .Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures

Critical: Quality, ValuePLEASE DO NOT GO To NAILS SO DEP on Lucas Street in Florence SC!!!! I’ve NEVER spent $86 for a manicure and pedicure. They have crazy prices!!! . If they remove nail polish they automatically charge $11 if you decide to get regular polish and NOT a gel polish.
