Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been serviced here before for nails and pedicures and each time wasn’t too bad. I went today and I’m not sure why but the woman who did my nails rushed through them. She was doing them so quick and sloppy. The salon was empty so she didn’t have any other clients waiting and it was early. This salon seems to just want to get clients in and out with no care on how precise and neat their work is as long as their getting paid. Very unprofessional, and not to mention their supplies are dirty.. their stations look as if they haven’t cleaned them in months. I’ve been serviced here before for nails and pedicures and each time wasn’t too bad. I went today and I’m not sure why but the woman who did my nails rushed through them. She was doing them so quick and sloppy. The salon was empty so she didn’t have any other clients waiting and it was early. TALKED TO THE MANAGER TO SEE IF I CAN GET THEM FIXED AND SHE SAID I CAN GET THEM FIXED FOR FREE WITH ANY OF THE AVAILABLE LADIES THERE. THE SAME LADY WHO DID THEM WANTED TO FIX THEM I SAID NO THANKS AND WENT TO ANOTHER LADY. THE LADY I WENT TO SAID SHE WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME, IM TELLING HER THE OWNER SAID I COULD DO IT WITH ONE OF THEM. NO ONE DID ANYTHING SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE NEVER GOING BACK THERE. She did a poor cleaning job of the sides of the nails.
