They are great. Only salon I know do hot stone with their pedicures. They put me to sleep the first time felt do good! You should make an appointment especially during holidays cause they do get busy an will turn you down without one even tho they say walk in accepted with a big sign.. an they are clean. Good staff. 4 stars tho for turning my nails down. I’m such a boy.

Thank you! I don’t usually get my nails done, so I think I tipped too low by mistake. 5 star service though from my sweet technician. It was relaxing service. Loved the hot stone foot massage and warm towel at the end, and I was glad they did not scrub too hard.

Never again!!! The owner was very rude to my elderly client. Told my 94 year old client if she couldn’t sit in the pedi chair by herself no service. Very disappointing and first time there. The wife said to me that she doesn’t like customers like me which I am African American. Who says they didn’t care if I write a review on here. O there’s more, the wife made me feel so uncomfortable The other staff like tina did a wonderful job but the wife was rushing her to finish my nails. I dont recommend this salon.. poor customer service and discrimination to the elderly!

I have sensitive nail beds and I am very indecisive. Hannah always does my nails so that I feel trendy but not flashy and is understanding of my jumpiness from sensitivity. They are very busy so I recommend making an appointment.

Critical: ProfessionalismWell… Me and my mother have been going there for a couple years now, they were always amazing to us. Hannah has always had an attitude, but I always tried to ignore it. I went there and she told my mother she couldn’t do her nails. But could do mine. Her reasoning was because she didn’t have enough time. At that point my mom was aggravated because she drove 30-35 minutes to get there. Of course she was aggravated. But soon she was taking walk in customers, but has told her she needed an appointment for something that took as long as her nails would have taken. Mind you they were only refills. My mother soon got really upset and started crying. She had went back in to ask a question about payment and hannah began to yell at her when my mother has treated them so well tipped so well and all that. Was a very bad experience after this time. I’ve been coming here since high school and have never been disappointed! Tina is the best, I don’t trust anywhere else to do my nails. I’m a perfectionist and my nails always look flawless after a visit here. I’ve been to many other salons and none compare to this one.

i went to this place because my regular salon was closed for vacation. i wish I never walked in the door. First, the place is not very clean. The nail polishes on the wall are old and dried up. The girl at seat 5 did not know what she was doing and when I tried to correct her on how I wanted my nails, she ignored me or didn’t understand me…. I finally had to stop her and tell her to get me someone else. They hacked my nails down to make up for the first woman’s mistakes. I now have to pay for a whole new set when my regular salon opens back up…. There are other nail salons in the area. I suggest you go there.
