A great addition to Plainville! I just had a great first experience at Nail Sense and I can’t wait to go back. The pedicure was incredibly relaxing and the chairs had first class massage capabilities. My leg/foot massage was exactly what I needed after a long week and to get me ready for my vacation. I got a gel manicure and wanted to add some sparkle for our Disney trip, and I’m now very ready to meet Cinderella! Thank you to my technician and the front desk assistant for everything today, and I will be back!

My fiance and I went here for the first time over the weekend and both got pedicures. I have only had 2 pedicures before and was very nervous because I have very sensitive feet and was in severe pain after having the pedicures in the past. I decided to take a chance and reached out to them before going and explained my situation. The woman who gave me my pedicure was phenomenal and didn’t hurt me at all. We had amazing foot and leg massages with CBD which was very relaxing. My fiance and I truly left their relaxed and are looking forward to our next pedicure date here!

Decided to try somewhere new because I’d never heard of them before and was interested. When I booked appt over the phone, receptionist was unpleasant right away. When I got there, she made a comment about me being too early (which should only matter to me as I’m the one waiting). Nail tech was extremely sweet, but the job that was done on my acrylics was not good at all. I got them done on Thursday and on Saturday 2 already broke, and a majority of them are lifting already. I never break nails or have problems with them lifting anywhere I go. The acrylic application was awful, every one of my nails is a different shape and thickness. The paint job was not good at all. I wanted to ask to leave halfway through because of how disappointed I was, but I was trying to be polite so I stayed. Gel fills usually take 40-60 mins anywhere I go, this appointment took me 2.5 hours. At the end, I was charged $45 which, even though I felt was unfair for the quality of nails I got, I paid and left. Again nail tech was very sweet, but will not be returning again.
