Critical: ProfessionalismI was excited to try this salon as it is so close to where I live.Person at desk wasn’t thrilled I was a “walk in” although they accept walk ins. Another lady said she could take me as a customer.Mani/Pedi satisfactory. I left a large cash tip exceeding 25% .When paying, person at desk informed me payment was cash only.I pointed out sign which stated “ Tips cash only”. Attempted to point out that there was no sign or verbal mention of cash only payment when I first entered the salon either. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI LOVE this place. They were so kind to me and my mom. They did an amazing job and it ended up being the best pedicure i’ve ever gotten. They were so clean, on time, and had a lot of colors to choose from. Definitely recommend coming here.Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThey left me soaking for 25 minutes before my pedi started. I asked for callous removal and all they did was swipe a pumice stone over it. When I asked them to remove it with the electric sander for acrylic they said its not legal in Ca. Fine, but they offered NO other solution and sent me out with soggy cracked callous feet. The manicurist made fun of my short nails and said “i should grow them out for color”. Excuse me? Mind your own business about my nails and do your job. They also had the audacity to suggest callous removal cream i use myself! The whole point is to PAY SOMEONE to do it for me.
