Critical: ValueI got a manicure with dip powder. The experience was nice. Did take a little long. This was my first time using this place. I will not be back. The day after I got my dip powder manicure the color started cracking and popping off 4 of my fingers. I was not doing much with my hands besides working and cooking. Now a week later almost every nail is broken and all of them have chipped dip. I have been getting dip for years and this never happens. I was even told by the gentle man that works there that whoever did mine before did not know what they were doing but in reality they don’t have much experience with it and for what I paid I expected it to last more than one day. The day after I got my dip powder manicure the color started cracking and popping off 4 of my fingers. I was not doing much with my hands besides working and cooking. I wouldn’t go here. I just got turned away and they don’t close until 7:30. Walked in at 6:44p and she told me they stop taking people at 6:45p to finish up. Extremely rude. Adjust your hours if you can’t accommodate people until your closing hours.

One month ago I ask the girl at the wax salon next door who did her nails. She recommended the nail salon next door. No wait time, I wasn’t entirely sure of what I want, full set, overlay, or French tips. They were very patient with me and gave suggestions. I got the overlay and shellac polish and they have grown out some in the month but they still look amazing. I have NEVER in the past 7 years of having my nails done had a set last and look as great as these do. I am driving an hour and a half to have my nails done. Highly recommend this place.

I was a walk in. I received a $30 pedicure and $25 fill set. I wanted my mails almond shaped when they were finished being shaped I was rushed to the pedicure station. My pedicure lasted a good 15 minutes at the most. When I looked at my nails some of them were filed to small so I brought it to the attention of the nail tech she was mad because I said something and I asked could they be fixed she said no. I was charged $60. $5 more than I was suppose to be I just left out like it was for a tip. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I’m truly disappointed in this place and not for a reason you would think. They did my nails fine but the man who was doing them was coughing and had a mask on. In America, we stay home in that situation. Anyways, I knew something was wrong and I felt nervous and upset while he was doing my nails instead of relaxed. I ended up getting strep throat symptoms 1 day later and now I’m sitting here a week later with full on strep throat. So thank you Riverside Nails for putting the mighty dollar over your customer’s well being. Please get some morals. I know you guys knew your coworker/husband/brother/whatever the weird family dynamics are was sick. He did nails for at least 4 other people besides me that day (the day after Thanksgiving). I hope they all boycott your business just for the simple fact that he was hacking away. Truly deplorable. You’ll never get my money again.
