I really liked this place in the past. It’s very beautiful, but the last time I went on mothers days and they upped the prices so high, it was unbelievable. I felt bad because I brought my sister and mom and they were angry at the prices and service. I was there two weeks ago prior to then and the prices were okay. They have always tried to push more services on and it’s frustrating when you just want a simple pedicure but they try to sell you on more and won’t remove callous if you don’t pay extra. I don’t understand it. Its clear they raised the prices due to Mother’s Day and to take advantage of customers. I won’t be coming back. I don’t blame the nail techs, they are good and the place is gorgeous but the management is corrupt in pricing.

Stopped in there today for a mani-pedi. Granted it was busy, I sat for ten minutes. The technician took me to get my mani first which she rushed through. When it came time for the pedi she seated me filled the tub with lukewarm water then left me to give someone a massage for 10 minutes. Rushed though my pedi too…..never again! Manicure, Pedicure

Critical: QualityStopped coming here before Covid but needed a pedicure so my daughter and I decided to give it another try. WRONG move!! Went on a Tuesday afternoon figuring not busy because wanted a special spa pedicure. Well at this place at any time time or day this is a mistake. While the prices go up and they sound so wonderful and relaxing that is exactly what they are NOT!!. The man who took care of me all he did as he rushed through the pedicure was answer the phone multiple times. what was supposed to be a relaxing treatment was not. Was supposed to soak in the tub with aromatics …… yeah that didn’t happen either!! He tried to short change me on the massage by ending it when my daughters ended but her technician had started earlier so I told him No I have more time left!! Unfortunately what was supposed to be a nice relaxing girls spa pedicure turned into a rushed not even good stressful experience!! So again will have to look for somewhere else!! I once went to have my eyebrows waxed the night before a big interview and – she managed to wax off half of my eyebrow!!! Then I went today for a simple pedicure and she was so rough it hurt. I asked her to be more gentle but she didn’t stop. She then proceeded to remove a callus. (I have a pic but there’s no option to post it.) She managed to miss the callus but shaved off my skin & made me bleed. Never again. Do not try it based on appearances!!!This place is pretty but filled with incompetent technicians. This place is pretty but filled with incompetent technicians. I once went to have my eyebrows waxed the night before a big interview and – she managed to wax off half of my eyebrow!!!
