I went in today after a friend stated they went here for manicures and always enjoyed their services. I decided to get a pedicure, with no polish. I wanted my current gel polish removed and the #2 on their menu which was $45. The nail tech was extremely rough with how she handled my feet and for getting the second to most expensive pedicure they offer, I was in and out of the salon in 28 minutes. It was the absolute worst pedicure I’ve ever received. It was rough, she didn’t file my toenails just clipped them, and I got about 30 seconds of massage on each foot. When I went to checkout she charged me an additional $5 to take off my existing gel polish, which wasn’t on the menu nor disclosed. I’m furious I just wasted $50 at this place just to go home and file my toenails.

Did a great job on our nails! Will definitely be back again. I do suggest making an appointment bc they are popular. They have cold Sprite, Dr. Pepper, Coke and bottled water for their guests.

I would have loved to have done more than just a manicure but they didn’t have any prices listed anywhere. When I asked all 4 girls started yelling over one another trying to ask me what all I wanted. I felt overwhelmed and put on the spot I just Opted out. Then the manicure was sub-par but ok. Manicure

I had a refill and pedicure. The man doing the refill was rude and rough. Nails looked good when he finished, but two hours later a chunk of the acrylic came off a nail. The woman doing the pedicure was extremely rough and was finished in 22 minutes. I don’t know what happened to customer service in these salons. They are almost always rude and act like they just hate American women who by the way are giving them a very lucrative living.

Worst set of dipped nails I ever had! Left no tip I was furious! I knew if I thought they looked bad the nail tech definitely did! They are lumpy, uneven and the dip doesn’t even go all the way to the edges of several nails and I had to pay $55 for them! Will go somewhere else in few days to have them redone. The last time I went there I was pleased definitely WILL NOT go back! Nails cost alot they should strive to make each customers look perfect
