I wanted this to be my regular nail place but unfortunately I won’t be going back. Pros-they were able to get me in on short notice. Pricing is reasonable. Owner is actually very nice. Cons-I got a fungus under one of my nails with dip. That hasn’t happened to me in over 10 years. And when it happened before it was with acrylic. She left my fingers(not nails) stained with black dip around my fingers and cuticles. When I asked her if she could clean it up she told me it would just come off. It didn’t. I had to get strong nail polish remover and use rubbing alcohol at home to get it off. I like my manicures to be detail oriented. This just didn’t cut it.

This shop was recommended to me through a co-worker. I couldn’t be happier. Debbie and her husband were very nice. She also got me in on a Friday night after work when I called that same afternoon for an appointment. This is a small but very clean shop. They don’t really do Acrylic. I had my acrylics removed and got the dip for the first time(which is what I wanted). Dip is way more natural looking. I think they actually feel lighter on my finger. They have a great selection of colors.

Deb and Dan are great! Do yourself a favor and make an apointment! They’re always busy and don’t take walk-ins. I’ve never had a problem getting in and their work is very good. The dip powder process is amazing. My natural nails stay strong and this process only needs refreshed because it grows out.

It is a husband and wife that own this business and they work great together. They are usually very busy because they do such a great job. I highly recommend making an appointment as walk Ins tend to have a long wait. The quality of their services is unparalleled in Michiana and prices much cheaper than most salons.

Wonderful service! I have been to eight nail salons before and this one surpassed all of the other nail salons in quality and price. Most other salons will charge for little extra things you ask for and jack up the price but the lady and gentleman at Nails R Us charge a good price and not add on additions to make it more expensive. I recommend the dip they have to offer!

The first time I had my eyebrows waxed at this place the owner was very nice. I tipped her at least 70%. I have gone in a few more times since then to try and get them done and they have been busy. Completely understandable. I went in this morning it was a half-hour wait I said I would come back. Ran a few errands called to see if they had time she told me the wait was too long. I asked if I can make an appointment to come later in the day. She became very rude and hostile telling me I never have time and hung up on me??? The only way I can write a review is by giving one star. I wouldn’t even give them that but I feel it is important others know how rude the owner is. Absolutely no customer service at all. The way she treated me was incredibly had no rightdisrespectful and she doing so. All I can say is karma.

There’s a few things I didn’t like. 1. When I walked in the nail tech greeted me nicely however she rushed me to pick out a color. She had 1 customer that was getting their eyebrows waxed. Which took 5 mins. Nail tech did a nice job on my nails 8/10. A young woman walked in and asked if they do eyebrows. The nail tech said no… She lied to that potential customer… Not cool

Went in anticipating a nice new full set of nails, when I opened the door and before I could even step inside, the lady very rudely said, ” You wait long time today”…WHAT?! there were only two other customers in the salon. And if I’m not mistaken waiting is up to me. I GLADLY LEFT. I would rather not spend my money on a rude attitude!! Had to choose one star to make this post>>>>> But definitely
