Ms Kim charged me $75 for a terrible job I was so disappointed in my nails soon as I walked out and went to open the door my nail came off I got home another came off and none of my nails are the same length I want my money back and I’ll never ever come back to that shop again ever and by the way this is sharday I wonder do the state board on you to make a complaint

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I made an appointment and asked if they had dip and they said yes. When I get there, there are barely any color choices for dip. The only thing I get. As the woman is doing my nails she tells me they cost $45, when everywhere else is $35. As she does my nails she scratches me the whole time. She doesn’t ask me any questions about how I want my nails done during the process. She gets done and she layered so much on it is so thick and not natural looking. Also, she cured my nails under UV light when it didn’t even have gel on it. Sketchy place. Never again.

I used to go there all the time because it’s the closest one to me, but you are much better off going to somewhere in Century. The people who work here barely speak English so half the time they don’t understand what you want don’t to your nails, they are also very very rough. They don’t do a very good job either. My acrylic nails from there normally come off after about 3 days with no force. Please just go sow where else, that place is horrible and will truly ruin your nails.

This place was horrible! I ended up walking out. She made me take off my own nail polish… this is what I am paying you for. I was the only person in the store and she walks to the back then to her car while I am taking off my nail polish. I finish and she is still not back. I sit there for 20 mins. She FINALLY walks back in and goes BACK to the back of the building and stays there for another 5 mins…. She walks out and looks at me and starts talking to another costumer and starts showing her pictures on her phone!! This is when I walked out and will never go back! I was in shock!
