This place is absolutely horrible! I broke my thumb nail so I walked in at noon on a Monday before I started my errands and the lady sat me down. When I told her I just needed a white tip (coffin shaped) fixed she started freaking out and said I have to come back so another lady can do my nails. Super simple process, terrible service.

Bad service, old polish, and always only two older ladies nail techs. But they always give me someone in training. I only been twice because it was no wait…no one is ever in there. I definitely see why now! Never again.

This has been my regular nail salon for many years and I’ve pretty much been satisfied overall. However. On this last visit, my gel polish was old and the tech had to keep taking it off and reapplying. The very next day the thumbnail had bubbled up and started pealing and the others looked thick and ugly. (This had happened once before.) I returned the following day and asked to have them all redone. The tech pretended not to understand me and only redid the thumbs. The Very next DAY, they were pealing off. I started to go back, but decided, it was just time to find a new nail salon…which I did!!

Customer service was good but there paint takes like 3 hours to dry… and no I’m not exaggerating I had to be under the dryer 4 times left had to come back because they started smearing… I would say get gel polish if you don’t want to pay for gel go somewhere else because there paint is hella cheap
