I have attached the inspiration picture and the end result. Four stars because the man who did the design went very quickly. He made a smudge and wasn’t going to fix it until he finished and I asked him to go back and fix it. Otherwise, I am pleased with the services as Nails R Us is one of my favorite local nail salons.

Usually, I have a great experience. Today though, I did not. She was very rough and kept cutting me and hitting my cuticles and skin with the buffer. On EVERY finger. There was only 3 other customers and about 7 staff working. There’s no reason it should have been rushed. Took about 30 minutes when usually takes around 45 minutes. You can clearly see how crooked the nail is on my pointer finger, and the cuts I have around my cuticles. Then, she pulled out her phone and started watching YouTube while doing my nails. Very unprofessional. When I left I saw her and 5 other staff outside smoking. I guess that’s why she was rushing, she had to get her smoke break. Smh. There’s only a few staff there actually with your money.

I’ve been coming here for over a year and I absolutely love it!! Susan is amazing!! I drive an hour just for her!! I won’t go anywhere else. She is talented, nice, and will do your nails in a timely manner. I would recommend to go to her!! Also, if you want your toes done go to Hannah!! She is there every other week! I won’t go anywhere else!

This was the worst experience I’ve probably ever had. I got cut twice and my nails are really uneven. The dip powder was stuck to my skin and I had to pull it off. The guy charged me $50 and my nails looked horrible. I would not recommend going here ever..if I could I’d leave negative stars. Manicure, Dip powder

We didn’t have an appointment but they didn’t mind. My daughter and her friend and I all got our nails done at the same time. We all finished around the same time too. Everyone was super sweet and helpful. I had my 5 month old with me and they we’re very Accommodating. She understood that I need a short break to feed the baby. I am very pleased with our overall experience. . This was my best experience yet. To the lady’s who went above and beyond; we greatly appreciated y’all! We will see y’all in 2 weeks for a fill in!
