This used to be my favorite nail place but I am never going again. First, I had an appointment for 12:00. The place was not busy at all, and yet I still had to wait an hour even though I got there 15 minutes early. The next time I went, when I was seated there was blood on the paper towel set down. The lady didn’t even bother to change it either. Then I soon found out why there was blood when multiple of my fingers started to bleed as she used the drill file on my skin. Very painful. Then I gave a smaller tip than usual, nothing horrible. After seeing my tip she practically threw on my nail polish and it did not look good at all. Never want to come back. After Tim and Katie stopped working here this salon went very downhill as the reviews are showing. 🙁

Repeatedly late and inconsistent in services. My nail tech stopped in the middle of my service and left because she “had to go” I would not recommend. Such a shame this business used to be spectacular. New ownership is absolutely horrendous.

The lady who did my friends and mine treated us very differently. We went in to get pedicures and she started off with my friend who she gave hot water to, did many coats of gel and messaged her a short time but when she got to me she was insanely rude to me. She gave me cold water no messages and bearly any coats and she did do any treatments and she kept trying to make fun of me.. I can take a joke but she was really mean. I paid ,tip and left but won’t be coming back. I’ve never felt so mistreated.

the lady who did my nails did awful. I asked for coffin shape and she made my nails into square’s. she also made my nails super lumpy and three of the acrylics are crooked. she also didn’t cut my real nails done at all so they won’t last very long. literally anything that could of gone wrong did go wrong with these nails. The shop itself it’s extremely clean and tidy, and i was super impressed that they have you wash your hands right as you enter and leave. My nail tech, I believe his name was Tim but I could be completely wrong, was absolutely incredible. The pedi was extremely relaxing and the dip powder mani turned out flawless. He and his coworkers are extremely personable, outgoing and super funny. Today was my first time visiting and let me tell you they have a lifelong customer now. The shop itself it’s extremely clean and tidy, and i was super impressed that they have you wash your hands right as you enter and leave. My nail tech, I believe his name was Tim but I could be completely wrong, was absolutely incredible. The pedi was extremely relaxing and the dip powder mani turned out flawless. I got acrylics done for about 13 years. Suddenly became very allergic. I did my own nails for about 4 years. Gel manicures and then the past 2 years did my own dip. I got tired of doing it myself, I didn’t take the time to prep so they kept lifting, so I went back to the salon. I first went to Vestal Nails and it was AWFUL and expensive for literally no reason based off the job they did. My 8 year old step daughter could have done better. Nails R Us was recommended to me after that. I requested Lucy. This is 2 weeks. No lifting, no chipping, no cracking. They’re prefect. The staff is very friendly. High recommend Nails R Us.
