I have received nothing but the best service here. All the nail technicians are extremely polite, and very caring. If I don’t like something about my nails they are very generous to fix it. This place is not it. I’ve been super excited to come here and get my nails done since they opened up. The name just gives me nostalgia lol. But as soon as I walk in, I get attitude from the lady at the first desk. The lady who did my nails (the lady closest to the sink) rushed and did a refill in under 30 minutes. They came out super chunky and uneven to the point where I had to go home and fix them. It was only $35 so I wasn’t mad about the price but the service was awful.

Tips, dip, then gel. Love this salon. Do them a favor and call to make an appointment rather than use the online system. They do not get the online bookings. However, they were quick to help me.

I came in for a full set because I was referred by someone that I know. Tina was very nice but I could tell half way through that I wouldn’t like my nails. She moved very fast and the nails were all different lengths/shapes. She rushed to finish so that she could service her next client who appeared to be a regular of hers. She had someone else lotion my hands and when I asked the lady to get the manager for me, Tina came up and the manager took a seat next to us. When a customer asks for a manager, a manager needs to step in. Tina apologized when I expressed I was unhappy with my nails and gave me a $10 discount but she was not understanding what I was explaining to her. I have a photo shoot this week and my nails are awful. Now I have to find another place to fix them. Will not be returning.

Kelly does my mani and pedi every time and I leave so happy. They temp check, make you hand sanitizer and wash your hands and have lots of safety precautions in place.
