i was suppose to get my nails done for prom, i asked for gel acrylic nails (short) almond shape all silver except the middle which was white. they tried to charge me $82 for all of thag because the $52 for gel is just gel then $10 for shape and then gel is like another 15 and then the silver was $5. i didn’t have the money so i had to pay for regular acrylics which ended up costing me $62 and it was a mediocre job for the price. the lady i got was nice out yank my hand a ton and when i said i couldn’t get the gel done and she said i had no clue what nails were and didn’t understand them. the white is already starting to turn yellow and it’s been less than 24 hours and i have no been in much sun or heat (it’s winter/ spring) you could get these done at crabtree mall for $35. proms is tmr and i got ripped off. the second is how they look on prom day.

“Nails R Fun” is my NEW go-to salon! As soon as me and my friend walked in, we were greeted with excellent customer service and worked on right away. Everyone is so friendly, the salon is the CUTEST I have ever seen before (I especially love the flower vibe) and also the owner (Ni) is AMAZING. She goes above and beyond to make sure each client leaves happy!! This salon is how every nail salon should be. So happy to call this new salon MINE! ❤️

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThis was my first time coming to Nails R Fun I decided to try it out because I heard they are the best. Everyone was very welcoming and polite. A guy did my full set and they were the most sloppy work I’ve ever seen and have ever gotten every nails was a different shape and size. I had polish everywhere. I decided to call back that same day to get them fixed even though it seemed impossible to fix. The studio is pleasant, but the greeting was unfriendly, no smile. Once I had my feet in the water, the technician (or owner?) was on her phone which I at first did not realize… I thought she was talking to me. I told her how uncomfortable I am but she did not care and change her attitude… I am not spending $60 on a pedicure to be miserable, so I preferred to get my feet dried and leave. I was not charged for the started service which I appreciate, but will certainly never go back.
