There is a girl in there not of asian descent, she does pedicures she is simply amazing and as well the guy in the right first chair he takes his time and was great. Because of them I will return. I got A new person I see she is good.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThey fell off all the good nail techs are gone. A few months ago I went to Nail Quest i was listening to music using my earbuds while i waited, i took them off while getting my nails done, when I went to wash my hands the nail tech stole my ear buds out of the case I realized they were gone that evening. i used my phone to find my earbuds, i went back to Nail Quest to ask about my earbuds and the nail tech that did my nails pulled them out of his draw. I stopped going for a while however recently I went back to Nail Quest because the other salon I started going to was crowded and the nail tech at Nail Quest did a terrible job then over charged me. I done! I should have known they were awful and over charging customers because while the other salons were crowded they were empty. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI made my appointment for 4 but called to see if I could come in earlier. I’m very pleased when I walked in it’s just one other Customer in here she’s getting her nails done . I’m getting a pedicure. They are Social Distancing at all the stations. Have a divider between you and them at ever other stations. They put a deposible bag in before they run the water in for your pedicure. I feel very safe and feel like they are looking out for myself and other customers as well as themself. Pedicure was Awesome as usual.I was coming here on a regular basis to get my nails done before Covid virus. Was scared to get my nails done because another place I went to wasn’t Social Distancing and I didn’t feel safe nor saw them Disinfectant anything. So I left . Thanks Quest Nails in Randallstown. This is not my normal place I go was short on time so I run in here to get a fullest 30 my shop have all the colors on the wall you pick your color and sit down. here they show you a nail wheel of colors I picked the color I want and when it was all done went to pay he said 50….I asked for what I have nothing extra he said the polish is $20…20 for just polish hell no my place I could have gotten my hand and toes down for 55…

The owner only wants money….wants to add more services if you don’t get them he will not do your nails right. I’ve witnessed them so many times laughing at customers in their language. The owner is rude. The Amanda laughs with them instead of telling them it’s rude. Her daughter has an attitude all the time and has no license.She can’t sit for long periods because she weights 404 lbs and gets mad at the customers

Some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. These people were rude, unwilling to complete simple tasks like applying a clear coat to my toes. The male who did my pedicure was very sloppy and he became upset when i asked him to take the brush and Polish remover to get some of the access Polish off my toes. Then the (pregnant)female who did the mani complained when asked to do one design on each hand, yes hand (2 designs total). I don’t get crazy stuff either, just a “flower”. I wouldn’t go here if they were offering free services for life. They are horrible people and what’s even more insulting is talking about patrons in your native tongue. If you have something to say, let’s speak English and reach some resolution.
