Critical: QualityMy friend and I got the dip powder on our nails. The guy kept asking if we wanted tips on our nails. After saying no three times. I was very agitated. My friend and I got the dip powder on our nails. The guy kept asking if we wanted tips on our nails. After saying no three times. I was very agitated. Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityI asked for an eyebrow wax, so they took me into this small tiny room. I WAITED THERE FOR WHAT SEEMED LIKE 30 MINUETS! I would look around and I would two of the employees lounging around watching their phones and glancing at me, one of them even laughed. After waiting for so long this small lady (btw I am not judging her taken that I am also short, I am just describing her incase once u read this and still decide to go to this atrocious place, make sure you do not accept eyebrow waxing from her) comes in rushing. She grabs my head and very aggressively turns it her way without giving me a heads up. Then she places the wax onto my eyebrows and it burns my skin. I saw her reusing other people’s wax felts on mine too. Then after she’s done she rubs alcohol on them and it burns soo much! I’ve seen better places apply oil that soothe the areas but never alcohol. So unbelievably unsatisfactory and unsanitary. Once she finishes she immediately leaves and completely disappears like she knows she did something wrong. I go look into the mirror only to find some pieces of my skin missing. I tried not to think about it too much and got home and applied some oil onto it myself. I asked for an eyebrow wax, so they took me into this small tiny room. I WAITED THERE FOR WHAT SEEMED LIKE 30 MINUETS! I would look around and I would two of the employees lounging around watching their phones and glancing at me, one of them even laughed. Paid 70$ including a tip and that pretty much says it all. It was a great environment all to get rushed. I love somewhere that has a menu service so I can spend some mommy time relaxing. This was not relaxing, the problem is they didn’t have a problem putting product on my legs to just wash it off. My feet are not complete. Terribly unprofessional and disappointing. This will not ever be my Place to go. I wish I could leave a great review. That is always the goal when customers go in for a service. I went last night for a “deluxe” pedicure. Gel polish add on and was in and out within 30 mins. That includes the chair wait time. Paid 70$ including a tip and that pretty much says it all. It was a great environment all to get rushed. I love somewhere that has a menu service so I can spend some mommy time relaxing. This was not relaxing, the problem is they didn’t have a problem putting product on my legs to just wash it off. My feet are not complete. Terribly unprofessional and disappointing. She seemed annoyed that I did not upgrade to deluxe manicure or get a pedicure. She rushed through the manicure and also cut nail on my thumb to the quick-now it is irritated and has a hang nail. She spent maybe 10 minutes. Just Horrible. Will never go to her again. She also did not use what appeared to be clean equipment. I thought about terminated the appointment during but against my better judgement did not. I saw Lin who did a great job of manicure and waxing a few weeks ago and then I went back and had Vivian for a manicure. She seemed annoyed that I did not upgrade to deluxe manicure or get a pedicure. She rushed through the manicure and also cut nail on my thumb to the quick-now it is irritated and has a hang nail. My wife and I went for pedicures. They did a terrible job on my wife. Nails not straight. Walked her out without drying her polish. Handled her rough. As I am not there for polish and what not I ask for a through cleaning,not once but three times and was ignored. Then the final insult,it was a 140 dollar ticket with tip. They charge a 1 dollar fee for using a debit card. We will never be back.
