I had a terrible experience with the female owner. I always get glitter polish. I had gotten my second pedicure done there with the glitter polish. She was extremely rude about taking it off and told me if I got it again, I would have to remove it at home myself before coming back in. She didn’t even give me the option of possibly paying a little extra because glitter IS hard to remove. She was rough and acted like she’d rather be doing anything other than her job

Pretty sure they overcharged me…I had a pedicure and a full set and they charged $135. Normally I pay around $90 for this. They are not accepting walk ins. Make sure you have an appointment. The work itself was okay.

They were completely booked when I called but when they found out I was only in town for one day, they called back about 15 minutes later and booked me for 5, the same time they close. This couple stayed open for over an hour longer just to go above and beyond for my sister and I and I can never thank them enough. Plus our mani/pedis were amazing and looked amazing. I would reccommend this place to everyone. Overall, they are amazing in every aspect of customer service and satisfactory. 15/10. Thank y’all so much!

He interrupted me when I said i wanted manicure, pedicure, and acrylic, explaining that they were too busy to complete all of those things, I then tried to explain that I this was for a different day ( I was making a future appointment) he then hung up on me. They are the most disrespectful people yu will encounter .. someone else needs to open a shop or yu need to go to local salons to avoid having to be subject to these peoples attitude toward people that are paying their bills. I will never or recommend never going here!!! It was bad before but since pandemic started it is worse than before. Today I have had enough and enough is enough. We need to ban together n get them shut down!!
