What a horrible experience!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I went in with a full set of nails on and requested a new set. I wanted the same shape same everything so Tracy could see what I wanted! She soaked them off and didn’t soak me very long and started peeling the nails off!!! I kept saying I was in pain but she said I have to do like this to get nail off. So we painfully got through that process and started putting on the new nails. She cut them way too short and I asked for longer she said she couldn’t do it. Ok whatever!! Well to top it off she puts the acrylic on and it’s not even. My nails look wavy. Just an absolute horrible experience!!! And it’s too bad because I’ve been going here for pedicures for three years and needless to say I won’t be back! I asked her for s refund she said no and was very upset when I asked!! I showed my nails to her and she just acted like nothing was wrong!!! So if you have acrylic nails DONT go here!!!! The first pic is what they should have looked like and the last two pix are what Tracy did!!! Very disappointed.

The last three times I had a pedicure the service was terrible. I went on Thursday May 5 and the pedicure was 40 min long. The person doing it did not get the cuticles and old skin off my nails. The calluses weren’t scrubbed down my heals weren’t scrubbed. It was basically a waste of money and time. I won’t go back. Pedicure

They do a fabulous pedicure, they spend time…you never feel rushed. Their equipment is nice. I would recommend them to anyone. They do a fabulous pedicure, they spend time…you never feel rushed. Their equipment is nice. I would recommend them to anyone. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDo NOT go here!!! I made 2 pedicure appts for me and my friend. When we got there it was hot and a chair in waiting room is splattered with what looks to be blue paint. We sat in the pedi chairs and were told they could not give us the deluxe pedi bc they had no time. The man seemed very irritated that my friend wanted gel on her toes as well. Well guys… you just lost a lot of business so you don’t have to worry about being “to busy”. Very rude workers. Not clean environment.Do NOT go here!!! I made 2 pedicure appts for me and my friend. Do NOT go here!!! I made 2 pedicure appts for me and my friend. When we got there it was hot and a chair in waiting room is splattered with what looks to be blue paint. Critical: ProfessionalismLee Nguyen was so unprofessional while I was getting a manicure trial for my wedding. He was bullying one his employees the entire 90 minutes I was there. He was being so incredibly disrespectful to her IN FRONT OF her clients and the other 10 people and employees in the store at the time. I have gone to nail pro since Tracy was manager and it has gone so downhill. I would never recommend an institution that bullies and harasses one of their own employees in public. Lee Nguyen was so unprofessional while I was getting a manicure trial for my wedding. He was bullying one his employees the entire 90 minutes I was there. He was being so incredibly disrespectful to her IN FRONT OF her clients and the other 10 people and employees in the store at the time. Critical: QualityThis use to be my favorite salon but lately they are very pushy with the products they want to use. They say it’s up to you but when you choose something else they bug you about it. I went in asking to match my hands with my feet.He started talking about the powder dip. I said no . could not understand everything he was saying but then he kept on so I agreed. The powder look similar to the color I was wanting . I’m not picky at all but when I was done my toes were like a pink and this powder was like a dark deep purple almost red. Mind you it was not cheap and now I’m stuck with nails that don’t match for my vacation. I mean really don’t match. Last few times I have left unhappy.
