Critical: Punctuality, QualityHad an appointment for my daughters. Came in early like she asked because of homecoming. Sat for an hour and half while they took 4 walk ins. Everyone got 45 minutes, both my daughters we done in 20. Was charged $50 each for acrylic set, which was clearly posted for $35. Awful experience, wasted time and ugly nails. Their nails are way shorter than they asked, thick and bumpy. If I worked there I would be embarrassed with what they put out. Had an appointment for my daughters. Came in early like she asked because of homecoming. Sat for an hour and half while they took 4 walk ins. Everyone got 45 minutes, both my daughters we done in 20. Was charged $50 each for acrylic set, which was clearly posted for $35. Awful experience, wasted time and ugly nails. Their nails are way shorter than they asked, thick and bumpy. Critical: Quality, ValueI’ve visited this establishment 3 times. The first time the owner went too deep filing, left several bubbles. 6/10. However everyone raved about her work so I gave her a second chance. Second visit was much better nails turned out 8/10. Pedicure not the best rushed very rushed 5/10.The last time I got the man. He was friendly enough but messed up both thumbnails. One thumbnail so bad I had to have him redo it not once but three times due to the literal waves. He wasn’t letting it cure long enough and seemed to be rushing. I was there so long that I just left the other thumb how it was because I had things to do that day. He also left a really bad uneven spot on one of my pointer fingers overall just was not satisfied but to the naked untrained eye they looked decent. 4/10Personable, friendly however work is inconsistent. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is a horrible business. They are never focused on what they’re doing and always on their phones. Every set of nails comes out chunky and uneven. They are extremely rude and if you ask them to trim your nails a bit more or ask them to be more gentle they roll their eyes and become even more rough as if they’re trying to hurt you. I’ve left here with my hands and nails bleeding and in extreme pain. The wait here is also absurd. I’ve waited for over 2 hours while they went through clients that walked in after I did and the lady kept saying “you’re next” They will always tell you that the wait isn’t long so you don’t leave but it’s almost always over an hour. This is a horrible business. They are never focused on what they’re doing and always on their phones. Every set of nails comes out chunky and uneven. They are extremely rude and if you ask them to trim your nails a bit more or ask them to be more gentle they roll their eyes and become even more rough as if they’re trying to hurt you.
