Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in for a simple shellac pedicure and ended up going to urgent care. The owner took out an ingrown nail that was not bothering me at all and made me bleed. She said it normal. Later on that evening my toe was red and in so much pain. I had to go to urgent care and sure enough I got an infection. I called the owner back and she said it was my fault. I went in for a simple shellac pedicure and ended up going to urgent care. The owner took out an ingrown nail that was not bothering me at all and made me bleed. She said it normal. Later on that evening my toe was red and in so much pain. I had to go to urgent care and sure enough I got an infection. I called the owner back and she said it was my fault. I will never go back to her and make sure my family doesn’t either.

The nails looks like press on’s and they were lifting by the 2nd day not to mention that i asked them twice to switch out their drill bit files, hand file and buffer BEFORE using them on me since I saw that they had used it on the previous customer it was disgustingly dirty and unprofessional to continue doing my nails after I told them to stop do not recommend at all whatsoever.Update: I am removing my nails with a home licensed tech and my natural nails are literally ripping off of me even with the soak off technique NEVER AGAIN will I come back here.Service: Acrylic nailsWent in for short acrylic nails. The nails looks like press on’s and they were lifting by the 2nd day not to mention that i asked them twice to switch out their drill bit files, hand file and buffer BEFORE using them on me since I saw that they had used it on the previous customer it was disgustingly dirty and unprofessional to continue doing my nails after I told them to stop do not recommend at all whatsoever.
