Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Value1st pic, what i wanted, others is what i got. I asked for square, long, & small white lines. Absolutely horrible service. The whole time I was having my nails done the tech was repeatedly asking how I would be paying, at the end he had me get my card out of my pocket while my nails were still drying. He told me $55, charged my card $66. I went back & he gave me a cash refund. I left the salon & the gel wasnt even dry. I later found out this was the OWNER who did my nails. The whole time I was having my nails done the tech was repeatedly asking how I would be paying, at the end he had me get my card out of my pocket while my nails were still drying. Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI got my nails done here and about two weeks later decided to take them off myself because i was going to let my nails rest. When i removed one of my nails i was horrified to see a green fungus growing under one of my nails that had now stained my nail green (i’m going to have to wait until my entire nail grows back for the green stain to go away and its going to have to be treated by a doctor). I went down to the salon to get my money back and was denied a refund and told that they were not going to do anything about it.
