They have you make an appointment but don’t tell you that you will still be over looked if you have more than one service. I booked an appoint for 215pm. It was for a pedi with no chip and a full set with design. The pedi was finished around 3pm. I sat until it was almost 345 waiting for someone to do the full set and by that time other clients who walked in after I was sitting there were serviced first. This is not the first time this has happened. I left without getting the full set. Might I add that . Aw the guy I originally requested was indeed free and they let someone else go ahead of me.

Received a fill in from from the guy at table #6 and when it was time for another fill I had 5 nails with green fungus. Which means he did not do my fill in correctly which caused the fungus, I told the manager which is the 1st lady in front by payment desk. She did nothing. Told me it was normal and that is a lie because I never got this before. So obviously he did something wrong. I would NOT recommend this place at all Some you their workers need more training.

Today I’ve had the worse experience ever in my life. Asked for ombre acrylnails and the result was very disappointing, will never come back to this place, and don’t recommend it to anyone who want acryl nails. Asked them before we started if they could do the nails I showed them in the picture and during the process i told the guy I wasn’t happy but he told me he wasn’t finished yet, so let him continue and afterwards was very very very unhappy with the outcome! The only solution they gave was take it off (after I already did soak off and new sett). Told them I had no time, had to work nor want to damage my nails more, I asked if they want to compensate in price, but they didn’t want to.
