I’ve gone there for about 2 yrs. A friend talked me in to going to Exquisite. BAD MISTAKE. Techs were rude and unprofessional. My tech.(#5) treated me terrible. I have a translator app. on my phone since I could communicate with him. YOU SHOULD TRY IT. You wouldn’t believe som3 things they say to you and about you when they think you don’t understand. My tech. was late getting off work. At Pro Nails they have always been nice and well trained. If you don’t like something they fix it. I’d give them 20 stars if that was one of the options.
