This was my first time visiting a salon for acrylics since I’ve moved here. David was absolutely WONDERFUL. He did exactly what I wanted. I work at a mechanic shop and tend to hit my nails on many things, but after a full week of having them on they have yet to break or chip ( even after cleaning a whole house during a moving process). I requested a long length and I am very pleasantly surprised on how well they are holding up. Although I paid a little over $100 for the service it was money well spent. They maybe cost more than the average salon but the durability and flexibility to do designs you want is well worth it. I have received many compliments on the nails and have referred a few of my clients to nail pro because I had such a positive experience. I WILL be returning here from now on for all my nail needs. Thank you David for the beautiful job!

I’ve been going here for years, and today, i walked in to see how long for eyebrow waxing and was greeted with “Don’t RUSH ME.” First off I asked a question no rush just about how long because she had a full house. I will NEVER RECOMMEND this place again. Need better customer service and treat customers/long term clients with respect. I then went to #Sheersandbrushes and they did a phenomenal job. My new spot for all my girl needs.

I was here for the first time in this place yesterday to do my pedicure and it was my worst experience some of the packages taht I bought said that they would do several things for me and I didn’t get that service. My nails ne9 cleaned them. They were all dirty. I don’t recommend this places and I paid 55 dollars for a bad service usually never leave bad reviews or complain. The basic pedicure is supposed to include nail shape and trim, cuticles trim and oil, callous treatment, hot towel and polish. My tech never used any lotion or oil of any type, only scrubbed the bottom of my feet.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDecided to try out Nails Pro today and was extremely disappointed. I went to get a Gel on Gel Full Set and it was awful! The guy made my nails too thick for whatever reason and could not do a simple design that I wanted. I ended up soaking my nails off and leaving. But, they charged me $15. Told me that I had to pay an extra dollar to swipe my card because the amount was so small, so I walked to the grocery store and bought something to get cash back. I am not giving this salon no extra money for my inconvenience. The manager told me that she didn’t believe the nails were too thick, so I made sure I took a pic to post on social media. Hahn is awesome! It was my first time getting acrylic nails and I will definitely be getting them more often because of him! The deluxe pedicure was a great way to treat myself with 2 scrubs, a masque and hot towels. Unfortunately, that was the only way to get a scrub included in the pedicure when most salons have the scrub in their basic pedicure. I decided on ballerina shaped nails, peach colored gel polish and a marble design on my middle and ring fingers.
